Even though I say I’m glad we don’t get Bat-Mite a ton, I still really enjoyed what we got in Episode 25. Episode 26 was an interesting way to cap off Season 2 too. Now I’m really curious what Season 3 has in store, especially since I’ve heard it’s only 13 episodes with no overarching plot whatsoever.

The Batboy and Rubin segment was an adaptation of a Mad Magazine parody comic. So it was stupid by design. The Monster Society consists of villains from the old Fawcet Comics era SHAZAM. Before DC bought them out. You already know Dr. Sivanna and Krull the Eternal, but let me introduce the rest. The robot is named Mr. Atom, the shirtless guy is named Ibac (he's sort of like a prototype Black Adam, in that he gained the abilities of the evilest people in history by selling his soul to Lucifer). The zombie guy is called Oom the Mighty. The bat monster is named Jeepers. The crocodile man is named Herkimer the Crocodile Man. Mr. Mind is an alien worm from the planet Venus. We don't know anything about his life on his home planet. All we know is that he came to Earth during the 1940s and that while studying humanity he became fascinated by the famous ventriloquist Edgar Bergen (a real person FYI). It was watching Bergen's act that gave him the idea to use his superior mind to use people like puppets.

There is a Scooby Doo and Batman The Brave and The Bold movie that came out YEARS later. I was so happy to see this Batman again. Please look for it so you can react to it. Also Mr. Mind was shown in the after credits of both Shazam movies, I was disappointed that went no where since I knew him from this series
