This was such a fun episode getting the villains’ perspective for once! I had no idea who the Weeper was going into this either, and yeah… I can already tell that gimmick would wear thin real fast.. at least for me. XD

Drop your thoughts below and enjoy the ride!

Aww man you missed the opening

ICBM stands for “Intercontinental Ballistic Missile” 😂 The Weeper (Mortimer Gloom) is an old Golden Age villain originally created by Fawcett Comics (also the creators of Captain Marvel) and was the arch nemesis of Bulletman and Bulletgirl. He was a sad clown who was fired from the circus for his constant lying, and so turned to a life of crime, where he’d constantly shed tears, not for himself, but for the victims of his violent crimes.

JD Dumas

Fun Fact: The Weeper was voiced by the legendary Comedian / Actor, Tim Conway. May he rest in peace.

Anriku

Am I suppose to know that? 🤣 Interesting. So a Joker before Joker kinda.

JD Dumas

He was probably best known for his time on the Carol Burnette Show, but I was first introduced to him through Scooby Doo. He guest stared on an episode of The Scooby Doo Movies.

Yea, Joker messed with it

KrakenKing

Idk, maybe not. I’ve just known that since I was a kid, so I guess I thought it was common knowledge. 😭 In a way, yes. In fact, the Bullet duo and the Weeper were all based in Gotham City as well, so he really was like the original Joker, even if the two are very different.

Anriku

Thats very cool. Glad that they included Weeper in this since that's the case.

Anriku

Old school. That's the late 60s to late 70s.

Love this episode! It’s also interesting to see the small changes in Batman from the Joker’s perspective. We know he wouldn’t go too far but, in the villain’s eyes, Batman is a menace lol
