Season 2 kicks off strong with a plot against the Jedi themselves rather than the Republic... and it’s a sinister one at that. But honestly, what else would we expect from Sidious?

And Cad Bane? Man, this guy is such a cool villain. I’m definitely hoping we get to see more of him as the season continues.

Drop your thoughts below, and as always, enjoy the ride!

In case you were wondering, Cad Bane is my absolute favorite character introduced in this series. I trust I don't need to explain why.

- Felucia is actually the planet that Aayla Secura would eventually be gunned down on during the Order 66 scene in Episode 3. - Jocasta Nu was the one who told Obi-Wan in Episode 2 that map files for Kamino couldn’t be found and therefore it must not exist. She did indeed used to be a member of the Jedi Council prior to Episode 1. - Cad Bane is a Duros from the planet Duro (the species first appeared in the Mos Eisley Cantina in Episode 4). He was very heavily inspired by Clint Eastwood during his gunslinger era and is basically THE greatest bounty hunter in the galaxy, at least since Jango Fett died. He’s been an iconic character in the animation side of things, but Cad Bane made his live action debut in ‘The Book of Boba Fett’. - The tubes on Bane’s neck aren’t necessary for him to breath, but are instead a secondary breathing system that supplies him with oxygen regardless of whether he can breath naturally or not, allowing him to basically be immune to force choking. - Bane’s partner, Cato Parasitti, is a Clawdite from the planet Zolan. Clawdites are often called “changelings” for obvious reasons, in case any confusion ever arises. We first see one working with Jango Fett to try and poison Padme on Coruscant in Episode 2, before Jango kills and silences them. - Palpatine has been grooming Anakin slowly but surely since as early as Episode 1. Episode 3 was just when he drove the final nail in the coffin, especially hard. - Mustafar is the planet where Obi-Wan and Darth Vader had their infamous showdown in Episode 3. It’s also the planet where Vader’s castle was constructed. - Season 2 definitely got a step up from season 1 in terms of both animation and cinematography. Each season only gets better than the last.

He’s definitely one of the top three TCW originals.

JD Dumas

Just out of curiosity, who's the third? I'm assume the second is Hondo.

JD Dumas

Can't argue with that.

Ah! I didn't see Book of Boba but probably saw a screenshot somewhere. He's definitely badass and I want to see more of him. Being immune to force choke is sick! I wonder if it comes in handy in space too?

Anriku

Hes definitely up there for me. Beats Hondo so far.
