For the October Exclusive, we’re painting a more planned version of the poinsettia — the perfect follow-up to the loose, free-flowing study.

Sometimes it’s fun to just go with the flow, and other times, slowing down and planning out your shapes brings a whole different kind of joy. For this one, I took a more intentional approach — layering color, defining shapes, and letting those classic red petals shine against the greens and purples.
