Recorded Live Video: ⏱️ Five Minute Friday: Quick Mushroom Warm-Up! 🍄 (Patreon)

Hi Friends!

This little mushroom gathering brought back a favorite childhood memory. When I was younger, we would visit Monhegan Island in Maine, where tiny fairy houses were tucked throughout the woods. They were made from stones, twigs, moss, tiny flowers, and little winding pathways that seemed to lead somewhere magical. As a child, I was convinced fairies lived there and simply disappeared whenever people came near. The fairy houses are gone now, as protecting nature became more important than moving things from the forest floor, but the feeling of wonder has never left me.This morning's Patreon 5-Minute Warm-Up felt a bit like stepping back into that magical world. I can almost imagine these little mushrooms hosting a woodland gathering, with tiny fairy lanterns glowing nearby and forest creatures stopping by for tea before the sun gets too high. We started with a quick 5-minute painting, then added extra details for those who had time to stay and play a little longer.Sometimes a few brushstrokes are all it takes to revisit a bit of childhood magic. Can't wait to see yours, please make sure to add your painting to the Chat section (You'll find it at the top near the Home page). If you have a social media account, tag me, I would love to share it!
