With a staggering victory, My Hero Automata wins!

Of course, we all know the reason for that is almost certainly the fact that it's the final update for the story, which will complete it and get it out of the poll. Even so, I'm very happy it won, for precisely that reason. Finishing off the story and getting it out of the Poll will simplify a lot of things and give the rest of the stories a much fairer shake, overall. Particularly as, seen in this very poll, the other stories are all fairly competitive with each other. Even Pandora's Box had a decent showing, despite the odds stacked against it so heavily.

I think, when the Story Poll is knocked down to four stories, we'll start seeing a lot more back and forth with the winners, and possibly some unexpected upsets here and there. Which is how the poll is intended to work. I may also adjust the boost system, possibly eliminate it entirely or else reducing it to lower percentages. It was always intended to help overcome a single story dominating the polls, back when Halfway Broken was still a Poll Story. With the remaining stories all fairly even, it may be possible to remove the boost system, or at least reduce it's overall affect. It was never intended for the boosts to shut out other stories.

Anyway, that's something to consider in a month or two, after we see how the next story poll shakes out. For the time being, I'm pleased to announce that we'll be seeing the Finale of My Hero Automata in April!
