Whew! I've fallen a bit behind my usual curve and only finished the editing for this one last night! I'm still one story ahead with actual writing, having also just finished the draft for the last Displaced Hero release of the month, but life events have caused my usual goal of being two stories ahead to fall off a bit -_-. Ah well, that's happened before and I've managed to catch up. It's the whole reason I work that far ahead in the first place, as it acts as a safety net when life trips me up.

Anyway! The first major thing in this set of chapters is the summoning of the Winner of the Latest Poll. Given it's been closed for almost two weeks and anyone could look at the results, it's not exactly a spoiler to say Dragon won! Even so, I'm only bringing it up here it here rather than letting you read it in the chapters in order to mention that's who the Art is supposed to be of. Worm is very sparse on details of what she looks like (she supposedly did make a android platform in Ward), so I went looking for a character that matched what little we do know. Despite these images all be AI Generations made by a variety of people, they are all based around Evie, the protagonist of the upcoming Steller Blade 2. I felt she was a fairly good fit for what little description we do have, and I liked the reference of most characters from that series (assuming SB 2 is like the first and not a prequel or something) being gynoids of a sort. I looked into the possibility of using a YoRHa model as well, but honestly felt they were all too 'supermodel gorgeous' to fit with what descriptions we do have. Thus I settled on Evie here as a good alternative, made better a bit by the fact she's not instantly recognizable yet, since her game isn't out ;-).

Anyway part the second! The other major thing is moving forward the Rylia x Kara content. Which I'm only mentioning because it was honestly pretty weird for me to end up writing two 'first time' lemons back to back. One for Halfway Broken and then one for Rylia x Kara. Given that they've technically been dating for six months due to the semi-timeskip of the last release, I felt it needed to be done though. Even weirder (though probably a plus for the Horni crowd), I ended up adding a lemon to the Displaced Hero chapters upcoming. I think that makes this the most lemon-heavy month all year? Possibly even longer than that, actually.

As usual, the new chapters are attached to the post in various formats! As this is the second/final update for the story for this month, I will also be updating the Master Thread Post with new Master Files shortly. Likewise as usual, I'll be putting author's notes in the comment section when I have a few minutes to spare. Enjoy more Stripper With a System everyone!

Chapter 39: A/N 1: And so Dragon arrives! We haven't seen too much of her yet, but as part of their inner circle, we'll be seeing more of her as time goes by :-).

Chapter 40: A/N 1: Yes, I know there have been droid rebellions in Star Wars. They were comparatively uncommon for how many droids exist, though. I felt Dragon's assessment here was a good way to explain that. A/N 2: Nakid is the first in-universe character that I admit I'm tempting to add to the pairing. That wasn't entirely intentional, it just happened to be how she turned out when I channeled 'excited, nerdy Asari Maiden.' A/N 3: I wanted to establish Samara's daughters a bit more, since they are two of the other 'named' members of the crew so far. We don't actually know much about how the Monastery was run or what they did there, but I feel what I came up with is somewhat reasonable. It wasn't really a prison, per se, as most of those there hadn't done anything wrong. As such and given how the Asari are generally, I like to imagine it was structured with intent to make the residents comfortable so long as they didn't make trouble. Including letting them learn actual skills.

Chapter 41: A/N 1: I debated a bit how Lucy would react to an AI, given her past. But there are both AI she interacted with in Night CIty that weren't Blackwall AI...and she's been working with the droids for a while. So I felt it wouldn't be a super negative reaction.

Looks interesting so far - I liked the local perspective from the Asari that work for Rylia. Dragon’s introduction was feeling a lot briefer than everyone else’s, but that is probably to reduce character and filler bloat. Still loving this story. :)

Yeah, it was a bit brief. I'm starting to run into character saturation issues. Which I knew was going to be a problem sooner or later. Part of the solution to that is to keep the ones regularly interacting with Rylia specifically to a minimum. In example, she doesn't directly interact with Bruce all that often. Dragon is currently a bit undecided.

Heard that some of the developers apparently had enough money to buy the studio from EA, but EA refused their offer and decided to just shut the studio down instead.

Big fan of the local Asari weighing in on Rylia. Shes already known as a genius inventor but to these people who do see more of it but don't know about the marketplace she must seem like the greatest genius/innovator of all time. Dragons introduction was also a fun one that I enjoyed. And yeah I can see how an AGI really would be able to optimise all their endeavors just that bit extra. While also being great at keeping it all running as it keeps on expanding.
