Hey everyone!

RaceTab 1.8 brings the work since 1.7 together for BeamNG 0.40. There are more tuning options, refreshed builds, drift steering parts, and new equipment for the heavier end of the garage.

Tuning and Controls

- Shared Piggyback and Standalone ECU options, with launch control, boost settings, and limiter controls on compatible engines.

- Progressive nitrous options and revised tire pressure controls.

- Corrected gear-specific boost targets and fixed nitrous behavior when injection is disabled.

- Updated launch control, control-panel behavior, and pressure-unit handling for the current game.

To install the shared controls, select RaceTab Systems in the engine's Nitrous Oxide System slot, then choose an ECU under RaceTab ECU. Nitrous injection and tire controls are separate options, so you can install an ECU without adding nitrous. Career Overhaul retains final control over boost when its restrictions apply.

Engines and Turbo Options

- Pulsar, Nova, Aurora, and Nebula turbo choices across supported fitted applications, with separate diesel variants for supported truck installations.

- Grand Marshal 4.5L and 5.5L V8 options for compatible D-Series, Roamer, H-Series, and BX engine slots.

- Updated the Bastion single-turbo kit's afterfire behavior to use the exhaust and wastegate outlets.

These parts are specific to their supported engine and vehicle combinations.

Trucks and Hauling

- Expanded Percheron and T-Series builds and diesel engine options.

- Brake-water cooling equipment with a limited water supply, plus fixes for its disabled and damaged states.

- Percheron rollback equipment and a ready-made rollback configuration, with bed controls and rear pintle hitch options for Percheron and T-Series rollback setups.

- A strapped four-tire load for the European semi flatbed.

Builds, Steering and Tires

- Added Vivace and Ardente drift steering parts and configurations.

- Added drag slicks for more factory wheel fitments.

- Refreshed RaceTab build names, paints, parts selections, and showroom thumbnails.

- Updated the Sunburst lineup, including the Sol FWD street build and Zenith AWD circuit build.

- Retained the original configuration filenames for compatibility with existing selections. Already-owned career vehicles keep their saved parts and tuning.

Compatibility Notes

Older fuel and timing parts marked Legacy / No Effect remain available for saved selections, but no longer alter engine behavior. Use the current ECU controls for supported adjustments.

Thanks for supporting RaceTab! If you run into an issue, include the vehicle, configuration, and parts you changed so we can track down the combination.

The roll back is already messing up for me. It won't tilt all the way down to where it is touching.
