if the author is indeed going with the unbirth route may i suggest that near the end of the story, When trainer has all the gals of his harem together, that there are 2 different pics. One featuring all the characters together sporting their grand preg bellies, and the other just the trainer and gardevoir but the whole harem has been unbirthed and stored in her womb for a titanic belly~
