I wish I could have loved Frankenstein as much I would have wanted to. But they changed to much from the orginal 1818 text for my taste. Got rid of the homoeroticism of the book and added a pointless love triangle. The James Whales and the hammer ones are still the best.

I really appreciate all the movie reviews and media takes you and the Kirk brothers do. I would not know so many new and exciting things to watch if y'all did not talk about film all the time. I liked One Battle after Another but Paul is absolutely correct when he says it does not deserve the Oscar. It's fun, satiricaly horrific and sometimes cathartic but it's another one of those movies I watch once remember fondly but I don't seek it out again.
