Hardest pain of my life, my first real girlfriend/romantic partner passing away unexpectedly during high school (circa 2000), and a fiancee dying as well in 2011 (cancer). That really left a huge hole in me that I don't think will ever be fixed. I've been alone for a long time. But not like some incel, BS kind of way. More like, I'm in my mid 40s now, and I am convinced now that all that horrible shit is still weighing on me to this day and that's why nothing has worked since then. And also the deep sense of dread of getting so close to someone that way, and the possibility they might die suddenly too. At this point in my life, I really don't have it in me to deal with that again. *Note- edited this comment for clarity.

Also, regarding TJ mentioning human relationships being transactional, I feel like a lot of people confused transactional with reciprocal. Transaction is more along the lines of you do X and all do y. Reciprocal is more succinct in relationships because in transactions there's an expectation, reciprocation is a given.

Losing like they broke up with you or they died? Do you want to move past that and find a girl but you are just scared or you have truly have no desire for another relationship?

Spider-Man’s murder is definitely getting pinned on me. Daffy Duck was unable to match the legal acuity of galactic prosecutor palpatine

Both of them died. It's not that I don't have a desire for another relationship, but the dread of getting close to someone in that way and they were to pass away too. (I made edits to my previous comment for clarification).

Real scintillating stuff, try again next time guys. Yet another boring low effort episode.
