"Naru" is the japanese verb "to become". Here specifically it derives from "Shousetsuka Ni Narou" ("Let's become a novelist", the naru conjugates into narou to make the sentence a proposition), a popular japanese fan fiction website probably comparable to AO3 in the west. The japanese term naroukei (なろう系) refers to wish-fullfillment stories, particularly with self-insert Mary Sue elements often found on that website. I guess though the term could also derive from the types of stories where the protagonist becomes something else, either becoming super powerful or in isekai becoming a completely different person.

Hello, trash panda here. Level 999 villager actually becomes interesting but takes awhile to get there with the world building. Tensei Lightning mage does actually address a lot of the questions you had about why no can use super powerful magic, and MC is about to fight a literal god to undo the slave crest on the red head. Writing and pacing are still ass and MC is far too lenient on awful people though.

None of the clips are censored in the Patreon cuts, hence why you can see snake titty here as others have pointed out. But just because clips featuring nipples and some other things won’t be censored, doesn’t mean that Geoff or the editors are going to show clips of full on hardcore porn(or some especially disturbing stuff like the guy made of stolen women’s breasts from Mardock Scramble) even on Patreon. Because even this website has limits. So they do post things here that need to be censored for YouTube, but some clips are too risky to even include at all on either website.
