Episode 10 Update - 08/15/20 (Patreon)

Hey all - I don't really have much to say this week, as I've been focusing exclusively on the animation and logistics of the "A" sequence and nothing else.  It's about halfway to where I want it to be, which is a good sign, because the month is now half over.  I believe I'm almost exactly on track for where I planned to be with the scene.

Recently, my main animator has turned in the final version of "Scene B".  I still have some small tweaks I want to give it, but it's more or less complete.   I have just completed all preparations for his part of scene "A" and passed them off to him.  While he is working on the front half of scene A, I will continue to work on the back half.  Going forward, it looks like I'll be working on "F" after "A" is complete, since I'll be able to do "C" on my own, and "F" will possibly require me passing scenes off to others for additional animation.  I believe this project can only be done in time if I can efficiently make sure others have work to do and aren't waiting on me to finish stuff.

 We are now at the point where total animation for the episode is roughly 25% complete.  The book where I keep all of my notes for the episode is filling out quite nicely.  I am pretty sure I've given myself enough time for everything, but to be honest, I kind of wish I was more ahead of my own schedule, as the end of the year is fast approaching.  Nonetheless, I will continue to push forward to the best of my abilities.
