We are ALIVE! We just had a small hiccup with our video platform Vimeo! We only are allowed a certain amount of bandwith a month and unfortunately exceeded the limit! we will be able to post on it tomorrow (so we have been told). Got lots coming!

<3 Thanks for being patient!

No worries at all, you guys always make the wait worth it. The unexpected drops have been amazing lately!

*clutches pearls…re-subscribes…* 😉😏

Alot of creators have issues with them. I would try google

We are born waiters in the world of reaction content.

Saskk

Got lot's coming or GoT. Lot's coming!?

TA Slay

Is was freezing on me a bunch on the last GOT you put out, never had that problem before.

Jonathan D

YouTube is the best, no restrictions when uploading full reaction content.

imperial

But only if you blur the video and mute the audio no? For “watch-a-long” reactions where the viewer has to sync up their own copy.

Jonathan D

Isn’t that the way reaction movies supposed to go? Blur the picture and sound? Makes sense, copyright rules?

J-rad

No worries. Stuff happens, and I'm happy to wait if it keeps things the way they are. I've struggled with Google Drive

imperial

Including the full movie/show in every video has its limitations. Vimeo is one of the few solutions that allow it, but then there’s the annoying bandwidth issue. I’ve seen some channels use the built-in Patreon video player without any copyright issues and they are also including the full movie like you guys. (Check out “The Perfect Mix” channel as an example - they have never been hit with a copyright strike)

Sam Rivera

Only if you want to watch it that way. We pay so we can see the whole thing and see it early. Otherwise, if it’s going to be blurred and muted and heavily edited, no point in paying. Are you paying to see what you can on YouTube for free?

Sam Rivera

They have lots coming

Sam Rivera

That could be a problem. Hopefully they can work something out

Saskk

Winter is coming

imperial

Yup that’s one way to do it. But the Octobers have not been doing it that way. They include the full movie/show in every reaction. That’s why they can’t use YouTube. They are limited to Vimeo or Google Drive (or the new Patreon video that I suggested).

Tyrone Bigguns

tbh i can't BELIEVE the law allows for someone to post a full movie as long as they are commenting on it. Someone could start a netflix type of site with every movie imaginable just have some AI bot make pointless comments throughout. charge 5 bucks a month for full access.

Billy Shields

Honestly thought about suggesting this because of The Perfect Mix. Nice to see someone else from their community

Josh Ashford

Another patreon that I'm subscribed to uses InSync, I think you have to pay a small subscription each month but it let's you upload as much as you want and we can download the reactions if needed. Otherwise I suggest just using the built in patreon player, Studio Gek uses it without any issue whatsoever

Josh Ashford

Yeah no, I'm not paying to have to sync up my footage, I'm paying for the full reaction

Miguel Lugo

The law absolutely does not allow someone to do that, lol. They’re just doing it anyway. I’m not complaining, I much prefer watching reactions this way. I hate the syncing up my separate video thing.

TheOctobers

i honestly though that’s what we have been doing!! hmm

Stannis loves grammar.

i think very few are using Vimeo. I think it does well with a two-episode length upload reaction. T o be honest i thought it was gone.

Sam Rivera

I’m guessing it didn’t work today?

Syncing up has the big advantage of better audio and video quality as well as complete control over the two seperated audio levels. Much better in my opinion.
