Adrian Rhodes

Ok now that you've finished, one question remains. You must choose: Team Green or Team Black???

Harvey

Legends, hope you guys loved the shows first season as much as I did, keeping in mind this is purely building for what’s to come

reijav

Ahhhhh the timing of this post, is so perfect, Octobers you always deliver!

McT

Daemon’s the scummiest guy in the show. I definitely don’t want him on my team.

sam

rhaenys is so stupid why would you come from underneath the floor with your dragon and kills hundreds of people and then just leaves you literally could have killed all the greens but no I’m only here to make a badass exit

Christian

well she explains why she didn't kill them and its at least reasonable but I hope there are consequences for her killing loads of innocents and it's not just forgotten.

sam

It’s dumb because she took lots of innocents and then teams up with rhaenrya so now the small folk are probably gonna be against you when you when you try and take the city so logically if you’re trying to win a war that doesn’t make sense

Batman

Rhaenys's dragon was being held captive. I don't know if it was the only way out, but coming up thru the floorboards was certainly impressive.

Tyrone Bigguns

Otto is the hand of the king, so it makes sense his daughter is now THE FOOT!

Serenity La’sandra

Rhaenyra found out that her father died, the greens stole her throne, she lost her baby, and then they killed her son. In like 24 hours. She is so incredibly strong, and it’s time to go to war! Rip Luke, he was so brave! #TeamBlack 🖤

It’s Angie

Many will probably disagree with me but I think daemon choking rhaenrya was a little out of character and unnecessary to me and something that doesn’t happen in the books. I even heard the actors playing them were surprised. People can argue that daemon’s bad person, that’s totally fair. But one redeemable thing about him is his loyalty and love for his family. Idk to me, it just felt weird.

Jessica Houser

Team Black 100%! Haha! Oh Yes....Daemon is a freaking Valerian Rockstar! I'll take him on my team anytime....every team needs a bit of ruthlessness and crazy. Oh and Btw....the actor who plays Otto was in Little Nicky.....the Adam Sandler movie where hes the son of Satan...! Ill never be able to see him any other way. Lol! Honestly, I just think almost all of Greens are just horrible. I do think Alicent has just been conditioned....I feel for her. I also feel for Helaena....she's kind and they married her to Aegon! I just can't get behind anyone who tolerates Aegon's proclivity toward women and children. He assaulted Dyana, watches the children in the fighting pits and treats his wife horribly.....even when it isn't war! Now, I can't speak to Season 2...but I'm TEAM BLACK at this point. Poor Rhaenyra....she was trying to hold the realm together....she's the only one who understands what's best for the realm is more important than personal ambition. She lost 2 children in one episode! Lucerys on the dragon and her premature baby....it would have been her only daughter, Visenya. Anyone would crack after that so....I'm expecting some crazy! I'm glad ya'll caught up so we can get it live...it's gonna be awesome! Thanks for working so hard to get it out for us! Great reaction as always! Love you guys!

Julia Miala

Lucerys’ dragon Arrax is so small bc its egg hatched in his crib when he was a baby, so that’s a whole new dragon growing up with its rider, different with for example dragons like Caraxes (Daemon) or Dreamfyre (Halaena),… dragons who already had previous riders and who are older

Chris

So what are those table ball things, anyway?

LLCoolT

The house on fire in Ep9 was White Worm’s. The Queen gave Larys the go-ahead to rid of spies working against them.

Maria
>>141575261

signs of attendance, I guess, kinda unnecessary, like many things at politics' gatherings 😀

LLCoolT

GOT had “LittleFinger”, HOTD has “BigToe” 😂

Maria

so, Rhaenyra would have her first daughter, Visenya; Aemond was just playing with Luke, but yeah "the idea that we control dragons is an illusion". Luke's dragon was scared of Vhagar, thats why he attacked, Vhagar is an old lady that fought wars before, she said, baby dragon overstepped. Luke was my favorite character, I was really looking forward to see him grow up💔 as for the sides, I've read the book (after watching season 1), so I know the outcome, team smallfolk here. looking forward to Deamon and Aemond, master of strategy sir Crispin, and to see how far the showrunners will take this mess🙃

sam

I honestly think rhaenrya’s political maneuvering is so stupid because if she really wants to be queen she wouldn’t have left kings landing in episode 6 it’s really her own fault because her leaving and staying at dragonstone cost her the throne because if she had stayed in the city the Hightower’s wouldn’t have taken as much control as they did like your getting a little bullied so you leave you would think she would have more of a backbone

Flexorcist

No matter how honorable and logical an act is to us audience, you just have to remember that a Kingslayer and a Kinslayer is the worst in this world. Especially during that time where she is not yet decided on who to choose between Alicent and Rhaenyra. Alicent even said it, she should be the queen not only by right but also with temperament. Not for the common folks but the other high borns

Chaz D

Let’s go!! Apisode 9&10 lol

sam

Yea but as we all know you have to have testicles to be a ruler in westeros

Flexorcist

I just want to share a passage on the book about Viserys passing “Viserys of House Targaryen, the First of His Name, King of the Andals, the Rhoynar, and the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms, and Protector of the Realm, closed his eyes and went to sleep. He never woke. He was fifty-two years old, and had reigned over most of Westeros for twenty-six years. Then the storm broke, and the dragons danced.”

Vishnu Vatheriparambil Mohandas

Dragons didn't cause the Doom of Valyria. Faceless men were the cause. Valyria had several blood magic workers who controlled the power of Valyria. When Faceless men started killing them one by one, the control over the magic was lost. All the volcanoes erupted killing people and dragons alike shattering the peninsula. Viserys said that people shouldn't try to control powers beyond their imagination like the power of old Valyria or the dragons. Or else events like doom could happen.

LLCoolT

Arrax to Vhagar: you want one eye too, old lady? 🔥 😂 neither of those boys could control their dragons in that fight….why dragons are so dangerous.

Chris

The smallfolk have no value, of course you'd squish them under dragon's feet. I'm pretty sure she was proclaiming her disagreement with what the Hightowers have decided to do.

LLCoolT

True. These are highborn and nobility we’re watching. Like in real life, ordinary people are almost inconsequential, especially when it comes to war.

Chaz D

I’m not sure where the comparison of Aegon to Joffrey comes from. Neither are the greatest ppl or King but there personalities are so different. Joffrey was all about having power over everyone and Aegon to this point could care less about power. Plus Aegon is for the common people and even prefers spending his time around the common people and away from the red keep. Joffrey hated the common people and would of had them all killed if he could of

Chaz D

I was wondering if you guys would catch that Rhaenese coming through the floor with the dragon was the beast beneath the boards that Helena mentioned. It’s fairly obvious but there are ppl that haven’t put that together right away so good job on that guys

Julien

The Sept isn't the Sept of Baylor because the Sept of Baelor hasn't been built yet. King Baelor is a couple of generations down the road. It's a *completely* inconsequential fact but lots of viewers get confused by the look of the Sept (understanbly given how large and critical the Sept of Baelor loomed in GOT), so it's worth clarifying.

Christian

it is a little out of character but you can also imagine he's super worked up about the whole situation and then she goes talking about peace and fantasy tales like her father. That would piss me off as well. Also I don't think he wanted to hurt her and I don't think it was a threat. Just anger in the heat of the moment

Chris

I always thought she blasted through the wall. It was not very clear.

StephL

I get that but as the heir she is the Princess of Dragonstone so her place is to rule Dragonstone, if anything Viserys should’ve made her his hand

sam

True he should have just made her his hand but it’s still really irresponsible because if she wanted to truly keep her claim she would have stayed

Kristy McDowell

I thought season one was perfect for the set up of season 2. In the very first episode of season one Queen Aemma told her daughter Rhy that “our birthing beds are our battlefields”. It was basically season one in a nutshell. They showed us how important heirs, successor's were which caused the Dance of the Dragons. Love y’all!!!

Julien

All of this is purely speculation/theory being stated as fact. No one knows what caused the doom.

Karen Cribb

I think it’s not Rynaria’s place to tell them the truth about Lanore without Lanore’s consent. It’s his parents

Flexorcist

It will cause a lot of issues. One it will void the marriage of those 2 Targs.

Tyrone Bigguns

next generation, Baelor was actually the son of two characters currently on the show. (DONT LOOK AT THE FAMILY TREE, CONTAINS SPOILERS),

LLCoolT

Maybe, but didn’t Daemon mention earlier about having multiple wives? Wonder if that would hold true for multiple husbands 🤔

Julien

"My Daemon is only reckless, impulsive, and violent toward other people, he would NEVER hurt meee 😍😍😍"

Monkey D. Tomy

Team green 💚🐉🔥 both teams are full of bad people so its basically pick your poison 😅 Green has more interesting characters.

It’s Angie

Yes it’s exactly how you said it lol. Like I said he’s loyal to his family. That doesn’t make him less of a bad person. Characters are supposed to be three dimensional, even bad ones. Even the greens.

Julien

Daemon can be perfectly three-dimensional while still being exactly the kind of person who would choke his wife in a moment of extreme stress and grief.

Tyrone Bigguns

Mr O mentioned this but didn't return to it - how the eff does news of Lucerys get back to Dragonstone? They were literally in the middle of nowhere, no one saw that. Even if someone was, for some reason, in the middle of the ocean during the storm and witnessed it, it's not like you can just call TMZ and tell them. I guess Aemond must have told someone, but it seems like anyone in power he would have told like Otto would tell him to keep his mouth shut. In the grand scheme of things it's not a big deal but it is sort of a plot hole imo.

ShittyShittyGameGang

The comparison is coming from the awful things that Aegon is doing for fun.

ShittyShittyGameGang

So what, they just bring em in everytime or do they stay on the table?

IRUM Ozone

he didnt want to kill him only scare him and play with him thats why he said serve me and No when it happened.

ShittyShittyGameGang

Yeah if the Octobers haven't watched Little Nicky, they gotta check it out! I can never trust the actor who plays Otto cuz he's always been Adrian in my head 😆

Jessica Houser

Omg...me too, totally! He walks the same, his looks are the same and the way he holds his head is Adrian for sure....it's just crazy! They definitely need to watch it....great movie!

Maria
>>141575261

they stay on the table, there was a scene in the show, the balls just sit in the middle of that table

Chaz D

I mean I get that but everybody does awful things in this show. I think it’s just a lazy comparison. Yes, they both suck but they’re so different at the same time

Chaz D

I feel you but no, she came through the floor bc the dragons were housed underneath. That’s why they show her going down the stairs when she leaves the coronation to go get on her dragon

Chaz D

Lol thanks for catching that. I don’t notice his accent very often but it def comes through when he says episode lol

HD

"Guys i think I was wrong about Otto" ... a-duhh

Robin Nussbaumer

What i dont get is where the Daemon and Ned comparisons are coming from. Those characters are as far apart from each other as they can.

Gretta S.

I don't know if someone else has brought it up, but Daenerys' brother was named Viserys also.

Cami O'Cain

gamecock fan 🥺 my heart!!!!! its okay im from SC, but i did not expect that lol
