Jesse Lee

Timed it down to the hour ⏱️

Jesse Lee

When Rhaenyra said, "I cannot face the Greens alone" she was talking about a kale salad 🤣

Serenity La’sandra

I am FOREVER and always team black 🖤 but also team helaena!!! Deserves better than this mess her family got her into bro 😭

Serenity La’sandra

Fun, sad fact, Syrax (rhaenyra’s dragon) is the mother of Luke’s dragon Arrax. So being bonded to rhaenyra she feels her pain, but also she is a mother and she sees her child is dead too 💔 two moms mourning together

Julia Miala

I’m so team black (Lucerys was my fave) that i screamed at the screen for them to take both the kids heads and to take Helaena’s head to while they’re at it😭this show got my mind messed i swear😂

Mama Browsss

Yeahhh perfect timing! I needed something to watch while waiting for episode 2 tonight. You guys know how to binge!

sam

when deamon hired blood and cheese he asked daemon what happens if he can't find aemond and daemons look right before it cuts is him coming up with an alternative which is kill one of the kings kids. the plot is mostly the same from the books the thing is daemon wasn’t at king’s landing finding blood and cheese and in the book the goal wasn’t to kill aemond it was to kill aegons kid that’s really what a son for a son means

Ray H

Gotta stand with Team Black… we can’t lose our heads guys.

Christian

Believe it or not the book version was even darker lol but how about the performance from Emma D'arcy, 1 line in this episode and yet you know exactly how she feels and what she's thinking at all times. impressive skills

Nymeria Stark

Yayy! Glad you can watch along while we do now. Great reaction!

Kale

I am pretty formidable, as far as salads go.

It’s Angie

Wait so did aemond lie and say he killed Luke on purpose to not appear weak?

Jesse Lee

This is great 😆

StephL

The subtleness of foreshadowing is so good, you caught the I’m afraid of the rats, but she then looks at her babies’ beds. There’s also drawings in the background of Helaena’s visions and one of them is of a dead baby. When Aegon walks in she’s sowing something which people believe to be a funeral shroud. Someone also blew up the sound when she’s mumbling and it sounds like she’s saying “they only want the boy”. Great performance by Phia!

Adrian Rhodes

Both Christin Cole (Ser Incel) and Allicent are huge hypocrites! Allicent is using him and it's 100% because he was with Rhaenyra first. Also, had Cole been at his post then the prince would likely still be alive.

Chris

Minor quibble, but how did anyone find out that Lucerys was killed, and so quick? His and his dragon's corpse dropped from the clouds into who knows where. Unless Aemond went home and started boasting about it.

Jakey

im scared... should i with it with you guys??

TC24

I don’t think it matters, they wouldn’t believe him anyways and think it was vengeance for his eye no matter what.

Jesse Lee

When Daemon said he wanted to establish a 'toehold' in Harrenhal, Larys perked up in his seat.

IRUM Ozone

The stark king and Ned Stark blade with him with his speech made me believe he is about to be one of the most epic character of the show.

sam

Christin is a volcel not an incel

Gypsysoul

That dragon skull seen is speculated to be Meraxes. Rhaenys Targaryens (one of Aegons two sister wives -not Rhaenys in the show obv/Meleys) 👍 good spot btw! Keep up the epic work 🤩 🤩

Gypsysoul

😶🤣🤣🤣😭☠️

Chris

I'm not into foot stuff, but apparently the people who are into it are REAAAAAALLY into it.

Jakey

End of Watch is a good movie

Kale

Mrs October I know you are an Assassin's Creed fan (not sure which you have played though) so I wanted to point out... Alyn, that speaks with Lord Corlys is the voice/actor of Bayek of Siwa, from Assassin's Creed: Origins (one of if not my fav AC game)

Ellie Renwick

As messed up as it is, it would be better if Aemond was the one found at the end. Remember he has the largest dragon and also the one that’s seen and partaken in dozens of battles. Without Aemond, Vhagar does not have a rider, meaning they lose her. Whilst politically killing the second in line for the throne under the Green’s doesn’t make much sense, strategically it not only makes sense- it’s the most logical solution. Even Otto agreed in season 1 during the whole fight in Driftmark where Aemond lost his eye that Vhagar + Aemond are the deadliest pairing. Without him the betrothal with the Baratheon’s fall through which might make them back out and they lose men. It’s a big domino effect in this scenario. Also since we’re at S2 now here’s a dragon/rider breakdown as of S2: Rhaenyra - Syrax Daemon - Caraxes Rhaenys - Meleys Baela - Moondancer Laenor - Seasmoke Aegon - Sunfyre Aemond - Vhagar Helaena - Dreamfyre Jacaerys - Vermax There are a couple others but they might not be hatched yet so I won’t spoil that, these are just the confirmed ones so far.

Kale

I thought it was said that Seasmoke remained riderless upon Driftmark

Ellie Renwick

Technically yes however Laenor could still be out there somewhere and might’ve found a way to sever the bond. When that was spoke on the show it might’ve been Daemon/Rhaenyra further playing up the lie of him being dead. He’s not been seen since ep7 as far as the show goes hence why I included him in the list

Julien

Aemond probably went home and told right away. They also mention that Alicent wrote a letter of apology. It's possible that that's what Daemon was seen delivering to Rhaenyra in the closing moments of season 1. After that, she had to go out and see for herself.

Chris

That makes sense.

Chaz D

Well considering the King died, Cole is more of Alicents main piece then he is a “side piece” right now

Jessica Houser

Absolutely brutal! Poor Helaena....she's such a victim all the way around. She sees what is to come and I think it will be crushing for her emotionally in the long run. It's never ok to harm a child for any reason....of course. I would never condone that. I honestly just think Daemon was in pain. His brother died, (he believes murdered by the Greens) the crown was taken from his wife, Laena died while pregnant by dragon at her own hand, his daughter with Rhaenyra died during birth....and now from his point of view the Greens intentionally murdered Lucerys. He seems horrific and brutal but I think it's a knee-jerk reaction to the overwhelming pain. I think he sees it as, "we've lost so much and they've lost nothing....I want them to see what it's like." I think I feel for him because he reminds me of my sister. She's shows anger instead of pain like he does. She's crazy and so is he! Now, with Alicent....well she definitely "speaks with two tounges." One to denounce Rhaenyra and the other to secretly do things she publicly condemns. Very hypocritical. I hate the entire situation for Rhaenyra. Of course she wanted Aemond dead....he killed her child. She would never be ok with killing a child for revenge but now it will seem as she would. It's tragic...completely tragic. All caught up! Awesome! It's going to be great watching this with ya'll. Great reaction as always! Thank you! Love ya'll!

Julien

Very probably

ShittyShittyGameGang

If you wanna see the guy who plays Aemond in something totally different you could check out Saltburn.

TheOctobers

if you meant watch it with us, then yes :)

TheOctobers

HUGE AC FAN! and wow that is an amazing fun fact honestly! I loved Origins! But my fav will always have to be Black Flag and AC3! (i feel like when I played those I was new to the franchise so they are nostalgic) Origins was my favorite to explore bc I loved gallivanting through Ancient Egypt! I actually made Mr O check it out a few years ago! Thanks for sharing that!

Chaz D

Aegon doesn’t call his mom your grace bc she’s not the Queen. Rhaenary is the Queen of the seven kingdoms in her kids eyes so that’s why they say that to her. It wouldn’t make sense for the king to call him mom your grace

Chaz D

The hound 2.0? More like the hound .02

Jacob Cicon

I’m pretty sure that skull in dragon stone was Meraxes, mount of the Queen Rhaenys, one of the conqueror’s sister wives, NOT the queen who never was.

ImHigh Sorry

Late comment here, but I also used to have like an hour bus ride every day. Reason being, the school I went to was all country kids. So even though some of us were only 10 minutes out of down, they had to pick up 20-30 kids per route, so it wasn't unusual to get picked up like 45 minutes before school started
