We are finishing our Tarantino run...

We have a few more to do and we want to add Planet Terror and From Dusk Till Dawn to our list eventually!

We need something to add to our movie mix after the horror films so we want to dive into a series!

These are just popular requests... add more suggestions for future polls <3

PS Poll is open for a week! Gotta go knock out more of our list, love you all! Happy Monday!

Damn I wanna vote for all of them hahaha

Slow Shadow

All of them please 😂 these are good options

Harvey

Loool I think majority would vote most of these

Harvey

Also what planet of the apes are you doing? In total there’s 15 films. There’s the original 5 that are very decisive (the 1st and 3rd are great) there’s then 5 of Roddy McDowells (produced) Ron Harper films which most forget and don’t like all that much. Then there’s Tim Burtons lone film which is hilariously bad. And then there’s the new 4 which are majority liked by everyone

J-rad

Easy! HP

TheOctobers

which ever ones we are supposed to lol we lean on you guys in these situations!

Harvey

Most would probably suggest the new 4. But I think the original one is a must even if you don’t watch the rest because it stands as a solo film Tim Burton one is a hilarious one that I feel is a must watch if you love the series just because it’s ridiculously bad Roddy McDowells (produced) are a skip

Julia Miala

I can’t choose between Harry Potter and the hunger games😭

Josh Viz

Easily Harry Potter. But I'm excited to hear yall have all of these ahead of you to eventually watch!

AngryMutantEnderman

I vote for Jurassic park and jurassic world! Those are really good.

Josh Viz

Also thank you for hearing us out on From Dusk Till Dawn happy to hear it's making the list!!

Christian

Harry potter is probably top 5 things you could react to as far as large fan bases so maybe that's a factor in how you want to space out reacting to those major IPs but regardless it's a certified banger you'll no doubt love.

Jessica Houser

I want to vote for all of these! I'm honestly ok with anything winning, just hope we eventually get them all.

Arinze Nwigwe

Gotta watch the two Avatar Movies.

Reaction Junkie

Some damn fine choices. I wanted to vote for Planet of the Apes but everyone should experience the Harry Potter series once in their lives so it has my vote =)

Loren

Harry Potter and Hunger Games!!!!!!

Montana Bruce

Gotta add Maze Runner, Star Wars, and DC to the list next poll. Harry Potter is a must! Hopefully it wins.

Nesbit

is True Romance on the Tarantino list? Because if you add From Dusk til Dawn you should add True Romance, Tarantino wrote it

Jesse Lee

Potter is going to win lol I think maybe do the first jurassic park as a one off as filler when you need a random movie. It will definitely perform well on the Tubes but I'm not sure the series as a whole is worth it in my opinion.

Lizzie✨

Oh it’s gotta be the Jurassic movies!!!!

reijav

Jurassic Park and Jurassic World is where’s at!!! I could never get into HP, I’ve tried several times, is just not for me.

reijav

I would highly suggest a Christopher Nolan series. He’s made some gems.

Sarah

have you seen the 'A Quiet Place' franchise outside of the channel? if not, it might be worth the watch

ShittyShittyGameGang

I'd say that's fair, he wrote True Romance. I don't know if I'm the only one who suggested FDTD but he's not the director in that either but he wrote the screenplay and stars in it. So I think if you skipped that one, you're missing something very Tarantino. Lol

ShittyShittyGameGang

Sounds like when you get to that series you'll have to have a poll for which ones to actually watch lol

Sarah Rosa

HARRYYY POTTTERRR PLS I BEGGGGG

Danna

Haunting of Hill House. It is sooooo good!

TC24

Harry Potter is the obvious choice⚡️… Can we get some DC Superhero movies soon tho? We’ve gone thru almost every marvel hero but we still haven’t gotten Superman🥲

ImHigh Sorry

Looking forward to the quiet place day one reaction in 2050

TheOctobers

honestly yes we were realizing how much we don’t know about him lol

Judo

you guys seriously won't be disappointed with the Harry Potter Franchise, such a S-tier banger.

Miguel Lugo

You guys have never seen Harry Potter? I think I’m around the same age as Mr. O and I remember it being huge when I was a kid.

josh

all of the are good

TC24

🙏🏾…I can DM you what order to watch them in too so you don’t have to search it online and possibly get spoiled on stuff

TheOctobers

tbh that just wasn't our kinda thing to watch, nothing against it tho.

TheOctobers

please and i'll try to keep up with it, we are almost onto that stuff so that would be great!

KER

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do the hunger games after harry potter, I would like it to be before but obv harry potter is winning, hunger games is one of my favorite movie franchises of all time

Peter K

When you get around to Superman, I would suggest the original 2 Richard Donner movies from the late 70's as the starting point. They were the beginning of the superhero era of movies, and they had no CGI, but they managed to make Supes believable.

Nessa71287

Harry Potter is leading in the poll but the Planet of the Apes movie series (beginning w Rise of the Planet of the Apes 2011) is so underrated and deserves more accolades along with your viewing. I think beyond the amazing action, you both would really appreciate its undercurrent of timeless philosophical questions like, do the ends justify the means, along with other questions touching on morality. I saw other commenters and Hunger Games is another series that's so timeless - I was an avid reader of the books and it was the one time the movies did not disappoint and were just as good as the books.

Jim Schmitz

How about doing the list from top to bottom. Also, no one mentioned the "Pirates of the Caribbean" series. There be laughs and thrills aplenty, me hearty, arrrgh!

Robert Nelson

Have you seen Boardwalk Empire? It's AWESOME!

Robert Nelson

Also, regarding Planets of the Apes - the only one worth anything is the original movie. All sequels and remakes are bad. Did I mention that the original is AWESOME? Made in the 60's.

KimM

Agree, it is awesome and the makeup was cutting edge back then....beats what any CGI could have done...it does look real. It is completely entertaining, quickly paced, and its philosophical and sociological points don’t get in the way.

Peter K

I think the aspect of the HP movies you will like best will be watching the child actors grow up over 8 films, kind of like stranger Things.

2026-09-23 20:00 Watching Harold Potter as a 24 year old in 01' I bailed after the second one. I tried to like it just couldn't get into it; everyone I know who loves it grew up with it, (as in their teen years.

Nessa71287

Have you seen Rise of the Planet of the Apes or Dawn of the Planet of the Apes? (It’s not the Mark Whalberg one btw, that one was ridiculous!)

TheOctobers

we trust whatever ya'll say bc tbh ya'll give us the best viewing experience and we really appreciate it

KiwiJello

Same. I haven't made it through the first. Tried several times, but I think it was just hyped too much. Maybe watching it with The Octobers would be fun though :)

Betwixt Tales

Some suggestion - only if you haven't seen them, of course. =) The Bourne trilogy - meaning just the Matt Damon once. (LOVE these movies!) Back to the Future I, II, and III. Pirates of the Caribbean series Godfather I, II and III Ocean's Eleven, Ocean's Twelve, and Ocean's Thirteen Before Sunrise, Before Sunset, and Before Midnight James Bond series - just the Daniel Craig movies.

Peter K

I used to work for the publisher of the Harry Potter books, and I read them before the movies arrived. If you gave up after the first two it was probably because the early books were geared toward younger kids, but as the characters evolved and grew, so did the story into a darker tone. The movies are more faithful to the books than usual, and I would suggest giving them another shot with the O's. You might be surprised.

Gypsysoul

👀sorry it's not a movie but always gotta throw out a - The Walking Dead request. Been watching quite a few new reactors w it lately and I'd really love to see how The Octobers would receive all the amazing characters and developments! 🖤
