I think I suggested Momento a long time ago lol

Ayy absolute legends. Can’t wait to watch this one again. The next film (insomnia) is a psychological thriller which I know you guys enjoy starring easily 2 of the best actors ever . Al Pacino and Robin Williams

So first off.. grats on the girl! y'all deserve the happiness!, 2nd.. you do you.. talk about whatever you wanna talk about in however way you want to! It is what makes the channel unique. There are plenty of channels that fake reactions, deepdive into the details before reactions to seem more knowledgable etc. Trust me when I say those are obvious and also very boring to watch, let alone respond too. I support about ~10 reactors at any given moment and y'all are one of them, because you guys are just yourselfs. Making every video unique and a fun watch. 3rdly, I remember Tony saying something like 'idk what to say' at the start of one of your videos.. followed by a bunch of videos that had really fun opening monologues funny how that works aye? Never worry, not every video will have a grand opening just stay true to yourself. That being said though, keep in mind that ppl dont always watch every video a reactor puts out. Take me as an example here. I did not watch a single GoT video y'all made, even though im sure there were a bunch of gold reactions in there. The last season of that show put me off the entire show, so ill never watch that again. So any information or opening monologues y'all gave during those videos.. ive missed. So y'all can always recycle certain comments or news. and lastly.. opening monologue quote: "Such a 2000's thing.." Whatttttt!? Haha. I'll have you know Octobers.. that I read 'TMZ and The Hollywood Reporter" every morning on my way to work hahaha. Granted over half of it all is garbo, there's plenty of movie-industry related news that is actually interested. Im glad y'all watched this btw. I remember it being a super fun watch and ive been meaning to rewatch it, so what better time right? :-)

Congratulations on the healthy baby girl update! I knew it! 👣🤱Mr. O, you will be an awesome girl dad. We have 3 boys (2 grown and an 11 year old) and 1 girl (she's 8). My daughter has my husband wrapped around her pinky! She's his princess for sure. It's definitely different, but it's amazing! She's like a mini version of me, you'll love it Mrs. O! My daughter and I are also the only girls here, including our pets, and we keep it 68 degrees year round too! (That is hilarious!) I haven't seen this movie since it came out. With age and life experience, I noticed things I missed back then. Very interesting how perspective changes over time. A lot to think about. Thanks for sharing your lives and reactions with us! Always a great time! Love you guys, keep safe and stay warm! (At least 68 degrees warm!) 😉❤️

o.o

grats on the baby being healthy, and I cant wait for twd 11,12,13, gonna be a fun 3 hour ride.

Congrats about the baby girl! This is one of the first movies I watched when I was younger that made me realize they could be an art and not just pure entertainment. Funnily enough 2 of the others that did that were Interstellar and Inception and I never made the connection until you started the Nolan journey.

Also if there’s anything specific that Mrs. O would have a hard time watching right now please let us know so we can warn y’all! Another reactor I watch has had to take a break from certain content due to personal stuff and everybody’s been super supportive and understanding!

Betwixt Tales

Funny how you uploaded this, and Guy Pearce then gets Oscar nominated a couple of hours later. (I'm really excited for Sebastian Stan and Jeremy Strong getting Oscar nominated for their roles in The Apprentice too, as they were phenomenal in that movie! - I might be a bit bias as the director is part Danish and Jeremy Strong is married to a Dane. 😁)

Betwixt Tales

-Yes, it's Trinity from The Matrix.

AuntVes

I saw this one at what is now called Prytania Theatres at Canal Place. 🔄

TheOctobers

lol love the 68 degrees! we can be roommates

I always say, "If you're cold you can always put more layers on but if you're hot you can only take so much off."

Any great danish films I should watch? I’ve seen all your obvious ones by Winding Refn, Anders Thomas Jensen and of course Thomas Vinterberg Seen most with Mads, Bo Larsen, Trine Dyrholm and Paprika Steen films Oh and of course Ordet Any other recommendations?

Gypsysoul

Loving what's to come! Keep up the epic work 🤩🤩

Betwixt Tales

Oh... um, this is just some favorites - you have seen some of these based on your comment, but it might inspire others. 😁 Anders Thomas Jensen is iconic for his dark humor movies. His most famous one is Blinkende Lygter (Flickering Lights). It's an absolute must watch! Watch it however you can. It's quoted constantly because it has so many iconic scenes. 😁 Also De Grønne Slagtere (The Green Butchers)! LOVE it. And Adams Æbler (Adam's Apples). If you like this kind of humor these might be for you, too. I Kina Spiser De Hunde (In China They Eat Dogs) Gamle Mænd i Nye Biler (Old Men in New Cars) - the sequel to I Kina Spiser De Hunde. Thomas Vinterberg rose to bigger international attention with his Oscar winning movie Druk (Another Round). But here in Denmark it came with Festen (The Celebration). Jagten (The Hunt) is also worth a watch. Susanne Bier is another Oscar winning director. Some of her movies are the oscar winning Hævnen (In a Better World) Elsker Dig For Evigt (Open Hearts) Brødre (Brothers) Efter brylluppet (After the Wedding) and Den Eneste Ene (The One and Only), which is a bit chick-flick-ish. Also The Night Manager, a TV series in English. Nils Malmros is famous for a very specific style of storytelling, and he's very particular in how he wants the actors to speak in his movies. Kundskabens træ (Tree of Knowledge) is probably his most famous one. I have a soft spot for Kærestesorger (no official English title, but translates to "Lover's Sorrows"). It's was filmed over three years because the storyline is over three years, and he wanted the kids in the movie to actually age accordingly. Familien Gregersen (no official English title but translates to "The Gregersen Family") is a bit similar. It's based on a book series, so it's over 3 hours long, following several generations in a family. If you like a family saga I'll also recommend the TV series Krøniken (Better Times) and Matador. Bille August is another famous director of that time. His most famous movie is Pelle Erobreren (Pelle the Conqueror) which won an Oscar. Also Lykke-Per (A Fortunate Man) I'll also mention Zappa, which is famous for a scene in which a kid is made to eat a slug. 🤢😅 Nicolas Winding Refn is of course known for his Pusher trilogy: Pusher - Pusher II - Pusher III But his best movie, in my opinion, is Drive. And he was totally cheated out of an Oscar nomination for that movie! Nikolaj Arcel has made one of my favorite movies Kongekabale (King's Game). The sequel Mørkeland (no official English title but translates to Dark Country) was just released last year. I'm yet to watch it as I'm reading the book it's based at the moment. If you like political drama, I'll recommend the TV series Borgen (no English title as it's the nickname for our parliament building Christiansborg - borg - Borgen). Also Forbrydelsen (The Killing) is amazing! (Make sure it's the original Danish one, and not the American remake). It's a crime/detective series with a political plot line running alongside and crossing with the police work. Speaking of crime series, I'll also mention the Danish/Swedish collaboration series Broen/Bron (The Bridge) - again make sure it's the original Danish/Swedish one, and not the several remakes. Back to Arcel I have to mention En Kongelig Affære (A royal Affair) and Bastarden (The Promised Land). Arcel often works with Niels Arden Oplev, of his movies I'll mention Fukssvansen (Chop Chop), which has the same kind of dark humor that Anders Thomas Jensen's movies are known for. Drømmen (We Shall Overcome) is my favorite movie of his. 🙂 Ser Du Månen, Daniel (Held for Ransom) Arcel also wrote the movie adaptions of the Department Q book series. Kvinden i buret (The Keeper of Lost Causes) is worth a watch. Fasandræberne (The Absent One). Flaskepost Fra P (A Conspiracy of Faith) Journal 64 Marco Effekten (The Marco Effect) [new cast] Mikkel Nørgaard directed the first two Department Q movies, but he's known for directing the Klovn (Klown) TV series, which is one of my favorite (mostly the earlier seasons). He's directed several movies that goes along with the shows' storyline. Klovn: The Movie (Klown: The Movie) Klovn Forever (Klown Forever) Klovn the Final (Klown the Final) I'll also mention Lars von Trier, one of our more controversial directors. Breaking the Waves & Dancer in the Dark are both in English. Idioterne (The idiots) - Dogme # 2 - be warn, it's a lot... 👀 You might also want to check out Melancholia (I've not seen it) and the TV series Riget (The kingdom) by him. There's also Per Fly's 'class trilogy'. Bænken (The Bench) Arven (The Inheritance) Drabet (Manslaughter) The Danish 'Dogme95' movie movement is also very famous, and I recommend checking them out. Especially these. - Festen (The Celebration) - Dogme # 1 (mentioned above) - Mifunes sidste sang (Mifune) - Dogme # 3 (my favorite) - Elsker Dig For Evigt (Open Hearts) - Dogme # 28 (mentioned above) Pigen med nålen (The Girl With the Needle) just got Oscar nominated, too. Other historical movies are these, based on the Danish WWII experience: Drengene fra Sankt Petri (The Boys from St. Petri) De Forbandede År (Into the Darkness) Hvidsten Gruppen (This Life) 9. April (April 9th) Skyggen I Mit Øje (The Shadow in My Eye) Flammen & Citronen (Flame & Citron) Under Sandet (Land of Mine) -this last one was especially rough for me. Other random movies I'll recommend: Midt om natten (In the Middle of the Night) Vogter (Sons) Den skyldige (The Guilty) [the Danish original, not the American remake] Nattevagten (Nightwatch) [the Danish original, not the American remake] Babettes gæstebud (Babette's Feast) - Oscar winner (never seen it) Der Kommer En Dag (The Day Will Come) If you don't mind older movies - and if you can find them... The Olsen-banden movie series from the 60's-70's-80s is also very iconic! So much so that several other countries have made their own versions. (Germany, Norway, Sweden) Also Min Søsters Børn - No official English title, but translates to "My Sister's Kids". I love it, and think it's so funny. But this last one is a long shot.
