A really great Ben Affleck movie is The Accountant. And I just found out that April 2025 is supposed to be the release date of The Accountant 2.

Ben Affleck also plays one of the best renditions of Batman in suicide, squad and batman versus superman, dawn of justice, as well as justice league, Unfortunately, it's kind of overshadowed by the other aspects of the snyderverse. He's also in one of my favorite movies of all time, good will hunting, which is an all time great movie for sure. He is also in armageddon, paycheck, the sum of all fears, and probably one of the best comedies in my opinion Dogma, but those are all great movies.The ben affleck is in.

At the time, I thought this was a pretty good movie, Looking back, I see how cheesy and comic booky it feels. There never was a DD 2 because this one flopped at the box office, but Electra got her own movie, which was an even bigger flop. To be honest, I never watched it to this day. A few fun easter eggs: Some of the fighters mentioned that Jack Murdock fought were "Miller, Bendis". These are the names of comic book writers who wrote some of DD's best years in the comics. "Quesada" is also a artist who worked on the book and went on to become Editor in Chief at Marvel in the early 2000's. The Netflix series is way more serious and comic accurate, but there is a reason I wanted you guys to see this movie. Just trust me. I hope you get to the Netflix DD Season 2 soon so you can see a more comic accurate Electra and see The PUNISHER!!

Great movie, but you all should’ve watched the Director’s Cut. It’s 100x better than the theatrical version. It’s got an entire side plot that’s not in the theatrical plus a lot of scenes have a lot more in them. Highly recommend you watch it if you get the chance.

You left out John Romita as Murdock's opponent on the theater marque, the man who helped create wolverine and the punisher. I also give credit to this movie trying to show you the DD from the comic books, far more acrobatic especially the way he used his batons to swing around like Spidey.

Really hope you get back to Daredevil and the Netflix MCU shows soon since Daredevil Born Again comes out on Disney+ March 5th. That show looks so awesome. Oh and I know you're always looking for non-superhero shows to add to the list, check out Reacher on Amazon Prime. Based on the Jack Reacher books (Tom Cruise did 2 Jack Reacher films that you may have heard of). They're getting ready to premier season 3 soon. Short seasons, 8-10 episodes around an hour each. Action/Mystery/Thriller style show. It's very good.

Ben Affleck is a great director. Check out The Town and Argo, both of which he directed. Then there's The Accountant from a few years ago which is about to get a sequel. Check those out.

On another note, this movie was where Affleck and Garner met. They were married two years after this, they had three kids, but Affleck's addiction issues caused a messy divorce. And yeah, he was with JLo too, but none of his relationships seem to last. Just thought you might want to know about that.

No sequel unfortunately. They did do an Elektra film that takes place after this, but that's as far as it went. BTW, Matt Murdoch is NOT DATING SHE-HULK! lol. That may have been the plan originally, but with Born Again getting re-written and made more serious, it looks like they dropped all the She-Hulk stuff. I think Marvel wants to try and erase everything they released between 2021-2023 lol. Wouldn't be shocked at all to see them retcon almost all of that stuff.

I know. Daredevil season 2 is where they finally get into more of the comic book stuff that they saw in this movie. Been waiting on them to get to that forever. With Daredevil Born Again about to come out, I really hope they get to the rest of the Netflix shows before they watch that, especially with Born Again now being a sequel to all the Netflix shows. There's rumors that many of the Netflix characters may appear in Born Again (Jessica Jones and Luke Cage) or may get their own follow up shows in the near future. We'll see.

I recommended that one too. Never thought they'd do a sequel, but the movie got popular when it went to streaming so now they're doing a sequel. Can't wait.
