ShittyShittyGameGang

Josh Viz

Don't give in Mr. O trust your gut Dune sucks 😆

Jessica Houser

LFG! My favorite smart ass of all time....with an exception for myself of course! I'm an Ironman girl for sure... got have that sarcastic wit! This movie gave me a bit of faith back in Marvel. Agatha All Along too. Love y'all!❤️Mr. O...You're a hot mess! Get crunk!

Monkey D. Tomy

You dont know who Henry Cavill is? 😅 His dceu supermans actor.. and Deadpool basically said that marvel would treat him better than dc 😂

TheOctobers

we will go check for it in the am. sorry never got a notification !

Aldo Gonzales

Sorry for the super long comment, but I swear it’s a fun one. Let me start by saying… 39:07 Uh, hello? List of other great things to emerge from Canada: Alessia Cara, Mark Lee, Jim Carrey, Michael J. Fox, Willam Shatner, Mike Myers, Keanu Reeves, Hayden Christensen, Rachel McAdams, Avril Lavigne, Celine Dion, Devery Jacobs, Sandra Oh, Ali Gatie, Henry Lau, Majid Jordan, Shawn Ashmore, Simu Liu, Iman Vellani, and the late Alex Trebek. The list goes on. Let’s not forget fellow reactors such as Jen Murray, Timothee, Kaiielle, See Jane Go TV, Popcorn In Bed, CineBinge, and Shoshana from The Perfect Mix. Now that you guys made it this far, I wanna share some news about the upcoming Fantastic Four film called First Steps. We saw a variant of Mister Fantastic in Multiverse of Madness portrayed by John Krasinki, but now Pedro Pascal will be leading a new version of the team. He went to work on this after he finished filming The Last of Us season 2. Joseph Quinn who you know best as Eddie Munson from Stranger Things season 4 joins the team as the new Human Torch. (Joseph has also been casted in an upcoming Beatles biopic from Columbia Pictures. He’ll be portraying the late George Harrison.) Channing Tatum put on a Cajun accent for the role because Gambit is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. The costume he wears is definitely comic accurate, but it looks better in the 90’s cartoon. Jennifer Garner portrayed Elektra about 20 years ago with Ben Affleck when he suited up as Daredevil. Her response to Wade’s condolences is a nod to her divorce from Ben. Yeah, they were married for a while. Something I really appreciated about this movie was the opening credits. Deadpool 1 and 2 had the credits at the very end and I was never a fan of that, but this time they acknowledged everyone just like James Gunn did with the Guardians franchise. The quality took me by surprise because this is a Deadpool movie. Deadpool 1 and 2 were made to intentionally look like total CGI, but with the MCU involved they had to raise the bar. It paid off more than well. What I was most excited for was when you got to see Laura return. Do you remember that Dafne Keen was only a little girl when she worked on Logan 2017? She just turned 21, and after all these years she still got it. Dafne had doubts as to whether she would be able to portray Laura again. Now that she’s back, she actually wants to reprise her role. Also, she’s still wearing the sunglasses from before. By the way, this is the second X-Men film to have Bye Bye Bye. The first one was X-Men 2. That wasn’t Ryan dancing though. This was a pro dancer named Nick Pauley. He needed to come up with the choreo as fast as he could. They ended up calling him Dancepool. We have a few members of the Deadpool Corps to acknowledge: 1.) first, Ladypool was voiced by Ryan’s real life wife Blake Lively. Their kids Inez and Olin got to appear as Kidpool and Babypool. 2.) Cowboypool is probably my favorite variant. He was voiced by Matthew McConaughey. 3.) Headpool, the floating skull, was voiced by Nathan Fillion. He was also Master Karja in Guardians Volume 3. 4.) Most of the Deadpools are Canadian, but the most Canadian of them all is Canadapool. He wears a black Deadpool costume with a Canadian flag on his chest. 5.) Zenpool is probably the most unique among the corps. He’s the one in a grey-blue robe shooting blowdarts. 6.) the one with the Welsh flag is Welshpool. He’s portrayed by English soccer player Paul Mullin. He currently plays in the Welsh soccer club Wrexham FC which is co-owned by Ryan. 7.) Tom Holland’s brother Harold got to join the corps as his own take on the character. They call him Haroldpool.

TheOctobers

it’s crazy bc so many people hated that lol 😂 they would be so mean to us about it

Jonny

Oh no they skipped the montage at the end sigh

Kale

Dune sucks? Pretty crazy take… I’m curious what films you consider great

Monkey D. Tomy

Dune and Dune part 2 are few of the greatest movies of the last decade 🔥🙏

Jessica Houser

There's a reason this is the highest grossing rated R movie of all time! Over 1.3 billion dollars....yep...it is that good.

JJ Carlisle

Ohhh I'm glad yall dropped this. Needed a good laugh today. Having just one of those days I guess. Glad my favorite internet people are here for me 😆

JokerDanny

You missed the midcredits tribute.

Jessica Houser

I loved how Blade says "I don't like you." and Deadpool says "You never did." as a call back to when they were both in Blade 3. I've always loved the Blade movies so it was 100% nostalgia for me.

JJ Carlisle

Talking about rewatching..later on you guys should rewatch GOT. It's a totally different experience your 2nd time through.

Peter K

They have done so few MCU movies lately that they forgot to look? OR, more likely, since the tribute was embedded in the credits maybe that was why?

o.o

"thats whats they say about every marvel project" okay, find someone who says secret invasion is good lmao

Peter K

I am all for you two to do Dune again, you have come so far in your ability to digest complex story lines that I think you would enjoy it this time. Also, with Dune part 2 out, if you do both, 1 will make a lot more sense and the overall story is really interesting.

ShittyShittyGameGang

This was fun to rewatch with yall! Made me day go by alittle faster at work, love this movie, it's just so funny. I'm sad yall missed the little tribute thing they did for all the fox universe characters, it really tugs on your heartstrings seeing everyone talk about how excited they are to play these characters and how young everyone is. Please go back and check it out if you can. Also, Hugh only did this for Ryan. They're friends in real life and Hugh said he'd never play Logan again, I think because it's just hard on his body but hopefully it wasn't so bad for this one. Like in the other movies he would get dehydrated to the point of being about to pass out to look ripped on camera.

ShittyShittyGameGang

Yall should watch some more RomComs! This is not the best part for sure but it gets stuck in my head alot, the part where he said "Come again? This time in my ear." I'll just think about that line randomly cuz it just caught me so off-guard 😂

Boerben

Also to Mention Watari aka Roninpool (straw hat), Deadpool 2099 (futuristic looking), Golden Age Deadpool (gas mask) and so called "Dancepool" the guy who danced in the intro scene

Giggeri

i would love to see you guys react to dune part 1 & 2 :)

Michael Shelton

I would love to see you guys rewatch a few for that very reason, you pick up more the second time around, and now that you're settled, and you have your method down, and your less worried and stressed, you can pick up even more. Sign me up

Michael Shelton

Also I don't know if you caught it, but yeah, in the beginning during the interview, when it zooms in on the helmet behind him with the picture of Tony holding up the peace sign, they intentionally put that helmet in front of Peter Parker in the photo. And that helmet happens to be The helmet that was on the child at the stark EXPO in Iron Man 2, who happens to also be peter parker. Because of the events in no way home, no one knows who Peter Parker, that's why they covered him in the picture. It's my favorite easter egg

Michael Shelton

That was the "cavillrine" a variant of wolverine played by henry cavill, the dude, who plays superman in the dc zack snyder universe.

HellFiend_TX

100% this. Great tribute during the mid-credits.

Shirlene Wright

That mid-credit tribute really got me in the feels. What a ride it has been.

Michael Shelton

Also I would pay to see you guys react to the special features of this movie. They're great, and I don't know if you caught it, but there's a little mini, docu-style set of behind the scenes stuff during the credits

Teej

Ayyy I've been waiting for this one! Can't wait to watch it in a few hours :)

Christian

Chris Evans is a better Johnny storm than captain america

Damian

Hell ya!

BloodyFlix

So, unpopular opinion incoming... I hated this movie. Not just disliked, but actually hated, lol. I work in a theater and I think everyone, guests and co-workers alike, loved it. I just didn't. That said, I DID enjoy watching you guys enjoy it. It made for a much more enjoyable experience.

Josh Viz

I never liked that Easter egg. It was basically a cheap retcon. "Oh that random kid from 6 movies ago? Sure let's say that was Peter Parker "

Josh Viz

Visually it's cool. Story is boring as hell

Josh Viz

Lots of films bro. Dunes well made 100% but no matter how high the budget , how innovative the crew is and how passionate the filmmakers are the story is old and slow and greater stories have been made already. Dunes plot is groundbreaking for its time and i acknowledge it inspired some incredible films that followed but holy wow is it boring.

Chris

They were looking for the end credit scene and skipped ahead too far.

Christian

It was my least favorite Deadpool movie story wise when it came out but I actually liked it a lot more watching it again here for some reason. I still think the first is the best by a long shot tho

Chris

The Wolverine backstory was a mess for sure. Each time it was brought up it was different. I think they cut together a few scenes from different takes, and they never matched them up. "I was drunk and got home and everyone was dead" wtf? And the he talks about killing indiscriminately after that, but is left alone in a bar to drink as if he's harmless. The entire Wolverine angle was poorly done. Still wasn't bad though.

Michael W

That was an absolute blast!

BloodyFlix

As far as the fan service, it was fun. It really just comes down to taste. For me, I don't really care for over the top comedy; borderline, or over the line, slapstick a times. This is one of the reasons, another hot take incoming, that I prefer DC over Marvel. They are much darker and serious than the bulk of Marvel movies. That's not to say I don't enjoy Marvel movies, though. I have a comic collection of over $100K. Needless to say, I've been reading them for years. When you get movies, like the later Thor movies, where there's a joke every 15 seconds, it becomes too much for me and takes me out. That's why I'm in the minority that has NO desire to watch comedic movies, outside of comic adaptions, like Minecraft, Nacho Libre, Ace Ventura, Anchorman, Stepbrothers and such. I did prefer this over the Thor movies though, since the annoying comedy falls more in line with Deadpool as a character.

BloodyFlix

Of the 3 Deadpool films, I would say I quite enjoyed the first one, the second was okay and I just didn't like the third. I did, however, enjoy watching the Octobers watching it. I can appreciate what it brings to other people, it's just not for me... on my own at least. I would agree with Chris' comment about Wolverine's backstory. I'm really excited for the upcoming X-Men movies. I just hope take notes from the X-Men 97 reboot. I like Wolverine, but Marvel ALWAYS had a bad habit of turning everything, cartoons, comics and movies, into Wolverine and his somewhat amazing friends.

Peter K

Dune the book was not written for the 'instant gratification' generation, and the first book barely scratches the surface of all that is going on in this universe. 'Old and slow' to me means you just didn't pay close enough attention. Have you seen part 2? It is in no way boring, and the general consensus puts you in a small minority. If it was so boring, why did so many stories that followed (like GOT for instance) took ideas from Dune for their story lines?

Peter K

My experience with the internet is that the anonymity allows people to dump on others, often just to make themselves feel superior. Don't let the haters get to you, they demean themselves in their attempt to harass you, all of it is to feed their shaky egos.

Damian

I loved this movie but Transformers One was the best of the year hands down

Christian

I think DC is waaaay cooler than marvel in general but just not the movies haha other than the obviously different ones like Batman and stuff like the Penguin. With the DCEU they tried way too hard to be the MCU instead of embracing what they were always superior at being more mature and dark. Another reason I’m not that hyped about James Gunn haha

Quinten Shibusawa

Don't think that was because of what happened in NWH. Think that was more of a rights issue. Couldn't actually show Tom Holland. Don't think the spell would affect the past. But that picture for sure would have disappeared or been altered after the events of NWH.

Listen, I paused the intro to comment, and this is coming from someone who consumes a lot of content, as well as reactions....You guys have great personalities and impeccable video and sound quality!!! I really don't feel like thumbnails are that big of a deal. If people like you, your style, and the content you're reacting to, they're not dissecting and analyzing your thumbnail. We like your pets. We want to see them. They are not a problem...back to the movie. LFG!

Amber 💙

To be really honest, Marvel drew me in but your reactions definitely left me disappointed. I watched them all and still chose to support your patreon until I ran out of content I was interested in. It would have been really nice to see you COMPLETELY IMMERSED in the MCU, and if you decided to restart the MCU, Id stay or resub for the ride.

Jim Schmitz

Finally got to revisit this with you. You still delight. I'm looking forward to catching up with the content you've amassed.
