Happy Thanksgiving! What I am thankful for... (Patreon)

Just wanted to make an announcement today that on my list of things that I am thankful for, all of you guys are on there! You are willing to share what you have with me because you like what I do, or because you like me, or just want to support art in general, whatever the reason, that touches me in ways I feel like a mere "thanks" fails to capture!

But I know it's not just because of what I can do for you, because in the grand scheme of things, what I draw really isn't that big a deal. I'm not a super proficient artist; I'm still very much an amateur. The subjects I do are very niche, and don't appeal to many people. I have a lot to learn, and I doubt I will ever be as good of an artist as I want to be. It's art that will never be in a museum, or talked about eons from now as something that had a profound effect on society, and that won't change no matter how important my art is to me.

But that's why it's not really my art that you're here. You're here because you're good people! You're kind, you're generous, you're supportive, and you're willing to help out someone who will take the feeling that he struggles with his craft to make things that are hardly worthy of exhibition to his grave. I've learned not to ask why people do such silly things, because prior to making this Patreon I was certain that supporter count would never rise above zero! And believe me, someone like me LOVES to be proved wrong. ^^

So thank you so very much for your support! I think of you all constantly, and I couldn't leave you out on this day when we let others know what we are grateful for. =) Happy Thanksgiving to you all, and no matter where you are in the world, have a joyous day!
