Process of songwriting (Patreon)

Speaking of finding the right rhythm in life!

I'm going to record a demo for you guys before I release this song, but I wanted to share the early process. How it looks when it's just scribbles and notes, how it slowly but surely takes form into a full song. 

This one is a somber sounding melody written on my guitar. (I hadn't played on that thing for ages! Boi was my fingers sore after that.)

I wrote this one as a story of the Ashen One from Dark Souls 3 not wanting to re-link the first flame, not wanting to be undead. The song is now finished, so I can't wait to share it with you in it's full form.
