Hi dear patron friends! Hope you're taking good care of yourself! 

I still haven't been able to stop thinking about the wonderful charity stream we had two days ago in honour of our dear Candy. In case you missed it, we raised over $1200 for TWLOHA in just 6 hours, bringing Star Spillers to their goal of $2000!

It was magical.

So yesterday I spent trying to wrap my head around this and to think about ways we can continue giving support to people who suffer.  There's of course many different ways of suffering, in different degrees, but I believe in the big impact starting small can have.

In my streams I hear many people talk about being tired and not getting good (or enough) sleep, especially recently. I know this is a very common struggle, and the effects that it leaves on us impacts everything to varying extent. I don't know about you, but when I've slept badly or not enough, everything is just a bit more difficult.

I've written my first bedtime story!

This is something I'm confident I can help with. There is so much we can do to increase our sleep hygiene and get a good night's sleep, and sometimes we just need someone to lean on to help us with the first step. 

This story is written about a lil duck named Peach, with the intention to help you relax and get reeeal sleepy. 

I'm going to record when I read it so you can listen to it whenever you want to unwind or when you're already in bed but finding it hard to rest. 

It'll be going up on my little wellness project channel! FINALLY, I'm doing it. I will start up this channel and this project. Hoping it will help at least one person. 

Writing this story last night actually made me so relaxed it helped me get to bed early and wake up at 7am without an alarm clock. I went down to the ocean and saw .. a duck mum and two baby ducks!! Perhaps Peach herself! A friend of mine said that maybe it was an approval of the story from nature ^-^
