Hello my friend โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’I love reading your comments, I will get to answering them. But for now I just wanted to show the little flower bouquet I crocheted! I still can't believe I crocheted anything - it used to seem impossible! ๐ŸฅนHere's also two cat rolls, Kovu on my bag before I left for Christmas and Junimo by my side while I was trying to make the stems for the flowers. (Don't mind all the clothes scattered everywhere, I was packing haha.)Now I've lost my crochet hook so I can't make any more flowers right now, but I was thinking of making myself a bouquet too to put on my kitchen table? Do you have anything specific you'd like to create? ๐Ÿ‘€Lots of love, Joy

Wow, they are absolutely gorgeous! You seem to have learned so much in such a short time. It's especially impressive that it's in something you tried before and thought you couldn't do. It almost makes me mad: You can learn to do anything! I can learn to do anything! But what is it? Anxiety, fear of failure, lack of energy or whatever it is, just becomes this huge block to moving forward. Doing the actual learning is simply a matter of effort and time; step by step, progressing in knowledge and skill. Like walking every day: Sometimes it's over rough terrain and is hard, others it's an easy jog. But step after step, walk after walk, you get there, where you want to be. The hardest thing is not letting the fear or anxiety stop you from doing it every time so you can make those walks. I guess I'm saying, I'm upset at myself for stopping myself too much, and I'm so proud of you and inspired by you persevering with crocheting to be able to make something so wonderful. A skill that is yours and now a part of you. I want you to remember and I want me to remember that we can learn and do anything as long as we want to put our time and energy into it; we just need to not stop ourselves and get in our own way. Easier said than done, I know, but these flowers are wonderful proof to me. They blossom as you have blossomed, and they draw me in like a happy bee.

Those crochet flowers are really impressive. I'm sure we'd all love a stream where you crochet some more once you've new hooks.
