End of July 2026 Update (Patreon)
Content
Hi all! Time for the usual monthly update.
First up, A Fortnight at Frenni Fazclaire's: The Duology is now wishlist-able on Steam! Games like ours live and die on Steam based on wishlists, so hit that button and share share share!

This is a packaging of the first and second visual novels in the A Fortnight at Frenni Fazclaire's line. Each involves you working a night club in which the main performers and draw are animatronic women that parody characters from the famous Five Nights at Freddy's line of games. But not all is as it seems on the surface. Should you take risks and delve into the mysteries, you'll find yourself racing to save souls, including your own!
As part of making this duology, the first A Fortnight at Frenni Fazclaire's visual novel has been upgraded from the (relatively) old code base to the much more modern one used by the second visual novel. This means more responsiveness AND additional, animated scenes exclusive to this duology!
While F@FF 2 is/was on a better code base, there were still some quality of life changes that we were able to implement to make your experience more enjoyable in both games! We're talking proper controller support, saved games labeled by specific night/day, enhanced menus, proper crosstalk between the two visual novels, and more!
We're aiming for a release around October 30th. If we need to push back any further than that, we'll make an announcement here, on Steam, and on Discord!
Next is Demon Wife à la carte v0.2! We have 6 more backgrounds, 6 more H-Scene CGs, and about 85% of the writing left to do. We're still aiming for a late August release as we mentioned in last month's update!
MalOvent: Keter Edition news too! We're hoping to have that steam page up and wishlist-able prior to the F@FF Duology properly launching. We don't have a concrete date or ballpark yet, but I think 2027 as a blanket goal should be fine.
And Lavafalls University news! Part of Sialia's story involves her writing a book, and I'm pleased to say I'm 70k-ish words into it. Her novel will be available on Amazon under her own pen name (Sialia Shadowcoat) prior to Lavafalls launching its demo. You won't miss anything if you don't want to pick up/read the novel, but I think you'll appreciate Sia a little bit more if you do! Ballpark on the novel release is prior to 2027.
One final thing before I wrap things up: We have said in the past that Patrons would receive Steam keys for any game on Steam. That is still our intention. However, the Duology has been quite the learning process with navigating Steam's backend. We may have to manually send out keys if there's a problem with Itch/Patreon integration.
That's all for now. Thank you all for the support! Stay safe out there!
