End of August 2026 Update (Patreon)

Hi all! Time for the usual monthly update.

Most of the team's time this month was spent on slowly advancing through all our various projects. Here's the status on each of them:

Demon Wife à la carte v0.2 - Sept/Oct Release. The story needed a little more time to cook.

MalOvent: Keter Edition - We've started the Steam Store assets so it can be available for wishlisting prior to F@FF: The Duology going live

Drakengine - Progress was made on enemy sprites. We're considering making this an Early Access game on Steam to help fund development and so we can release an entire character's worth of story at once rather than have multiple characters at a "lower" point in terms of completeness

Lavafalls University - See below!

The big item of this month's update is the announcement of Typhonic! Typhonic is the novel Sialia the Hyena will be writing during the course of her route in Lavafalls University. Here's the dust jacket:

Sometimes the strongest heroes come from the most villainous backgrounds.

Life for Morgan Axios seems idyllic to anyone else looking in. His family is one of the most affluent, superpowered crime families in Gravesea City. Whatever Morgan wants, he can get his hands on. Well, everything except love from his family and meaningful superpowers of his own. All he has to do in return is stay hidden away from the world and try not to be an even further embarrassment to the family name.

That all changes on the night of Morgan's 19th birthday. A chance encounter with one of the leading heroes of the city leads Morgan to receive a special serum designed for those individuals without true superpowers. In the process, he gains a brand new form: A draconic woman with abilities far in excess of his wildest dreams. Now he must navigate what it means to be a hero while keeping his female alter-ego a secret from the rest of the Axios family. The only problem is that his alter-ego forces him to confront the hardest foe imaginable: His own trauma and psyche!

You can preorder Typhonic at the following links, or whatever Amazon nationality you're coming from:

Amazon US | Amazon UK | Amazon CA

I've also attached the Preview PDF Copy of the first 3 chapters to this post. We're aiming for an October 26th release date once all the beta readers have given feedback and caught as many typos as possible. Unfortunately, due to the way Amazon's exclusivity rules work, I can't simply post the full ePUB/PDF here for patrons.

That's all for now. Thank you all for the support! Stay safe out there!
