I thought this was the Brother Stair Network and it is not. I listen to shortwave radio every now and again. I remember that station actually. Fifteen years ago they were on the air.

Did a little more digging. WBOH is short for "Worldwide Beacon of Hope" which was part of the Fundamental Broadcasting Network (FBN). I found a news article on dxing.info from 2002, mentioning WBOH doing test broadcasting on the same band (5920 kHz) "from a new transmitter site in Newport", NC. So the broadcasting in that trailer must've taken place prior to 2002. It lines up with the mining operation that went defunct in 1998,.. http://www.dxing.info/news/2002_09.dx
