Missing tonight's live. I don't see it on YouTube. I need to sleep anyway though.

Fuzza Majumula

Hello to two of my favorite guys! Miss your SNL!

Joe powell

Dan didn’t do any lives this evening, so no worries, you missed nothing🙂

Kristen Tower

Dan is just posting content tonight instead of the live this week.

Jack Ladny

Thanks Dan and Dillion

Tracy Zielinska

Missed you guys tonight, but enjoyed the video! Thanks Dan and Dillion 😀

I swear, there is something a more spooky to me about these abandoned West Virginia homes than anything Dan's shot in Baltimore. Not sure what it is. The isolation? The silence? The suffocating feeling of the hills and woods that seem to clothe each little patch of ground in its own cocoon? If somebody's head popped out of one of those rooms, I'd just die.

Thanks. Dan. It kind of relieves me to know you feel it while you're there. Because I keep scratching my head, watching these videos, wondering why I'm getting so weirded out by the vibe.

Enjoyed this! WV seems like a great state for urban exploration. Appreciate all the content!

The wood walls instead of plaster/drywall is a bit odd too. Maybe that's normal in that part of the country?

So I just saw a post from Mr Colin saying his channel was completely deleted by YouTube for a “bs” reason lol!

ThisIsDanBell

OMG! Listen, he’s annoying but I don’t think taking his channel away is fair at all. It has to be a mistake.

There are just so many places like this across our nation, as generations die out and aren't replaced. In a sense, Dan, you're an archaeologist with a camera, and these clips will hopefully outlast the physical remains of these places, much like your Dead Mall Series has. Well done!

Michael Rose aka HighrangeMike

Yeah I’ve never seen a good reason from one of his videos to be completely removed from the platform. Although It’s been awhile since I’ve watched his videos.

Bando story time. In 2008, when "bando" and exploration weren't widely known to many people (especially me, I was 15) I explored a bando very similar to the first one. The backdoor to the home was cracked open, and, my sister and best friend and I all decided to go in. The first floor was covered in mail and newspaper almost an inch thick. House was totally decked out in 50's decor and old appliances. We didn’t last long in the house at all — once we made it to the stairwell, we heard heavy footsteps from the second floor above us and someone said, “Is someone down there…?” And we booked it. The voice was feminine and not aggressive, it sounded more concerned about if someone had just trespassed. Crazy adrenalin rush, though. I went past the block not that long ago and couldn't see the house. I don't think it would've been demolished but it must've been so heavily renovated that I couldn't recognize it a decade later.

Those puke green bathroom fixtures are always a telltale sign of how old that place must be. Don't know of anyone who keeps that color around for ages.

If it was me I would've probably laid a little smidgen of number 2 hearing those footsteps. 😂 I've been to abandoned places alone, and it sure is a rush. Last place I alone explored was a massive sugar refinery close by, that has now been completely gutted. Only the outer walls remains. But back then there was plenty of machinery and the operations room was still fairly intact. That place definitely had a vibe to it.

Great content Dan and Dillon! I miss the live stream but this was a fantastic substitute!
