Yes! This year's festive efforts reviewed for your entertainment. And also money.

The ridiculously comprehensive TV Times remake is coming probably next week at some point, it will be the longest video I have ever made and that's entirely due to Glenn Reuben. Despite which, I still never know if I'm spelling his name right.

Also, BECAUSE IT'S CHRISTMAS, here's my over two decades' worth of annual festive mixtapes for family, friends and people who give me money. Including the brand new one! Thank you for your support all year, I would be in shtook without you, let's see if 2026 goes the distance.

Most of those adverts, particularly the Kevin the Carrot one, are now just technological representations of what I see after I eat strong cheese just before bedtime. Surely it can't be long now before AI recreates the original 'Have a Cracking Christmas at Woolworths' advert but featuring modern-day products, an extended soundtrack and Graeme Garden replacing Anita Harris to bring about the complete set of Goodies that should have been there in the first place.

Merry Christmas and thanks for all the content

The Mannequin Challenge? Are we already at the wistful nostalgia phase for only about a decade or so ago? Also, at 24:55, a glitch occurs where it replays the Boots dance scene clip over part of the closing monologue.

OF COURSE. You're absolutely right... 😒

I'm surprised Aldi haven't turned to AI for Kevin the Carrot. But AI thankfully isn't that clever yet to create flawless anthropomorphic carrots, as it would currently look like the horrific AI slop that clogs up Facebook at the moment.

For me, Boots takes it even over Wallace & Gromit - but you're right, your choice of song would have been - well - brilliant. Cheers!

Series 5 of Mrs Browns Boys came out in August of this year! Admittedly they didn't make much noise about it though, so you can be forgiven for not noticing it, but even Series 4 was only 2 years ago in 2023.
