Literally unbelievable. I am in shock. I had to take a break.

this is a special episode right here

AOT got me into Anime and I somewhat get what you mean about spoiling the rest of anime by watching it first. It’s still my #1 especially now that it’s finished up but it got me to watch all the other amazing anime out there as well

Am

Truly a one of a kind show

Joab Taylor

i had to stop uni work as soon as i saw this dropped

david tagle

man rewatching it with you has been a reminder of how beautiful this show is

Omar S

Definitely enjoy the post episode discussions a lot. Hearing your thoughts is the main draw of watching you react to shows so those are always appreciated.

marvelzcc

reminder to watch the post credit scene at episode 19.

Aarón Álvarez

After finishing AOT, I´d recommend watching Psycho Pass (first season only, I don´t think the rest of the show is any better), Vinland Saga, Steins Gate as other interesting short anime that has a lot of depth and also those series are very entertaining.

zbyndagram

I seen this episode like 5 times now and I still cry when Eren comes to his body lmao

Demo

Sooooo. Clooooose.

Matthew Earl

The levi moment is my favorite part of the whole show. I was screaming at my tv😆

Suave Player

This one and the next episode are one of the most emotional episodes I’ve ever seen

Anonymous

Great reaction. Not gonna lie, those emotions you felt are the same way I feel every single time I rewatch. The action is incredible but something about the emotional weight and the care taken to develop characters makes AOT special.

After watching Attack on Titan I would recommend an anime called Neon Genesis Evangelion... One of the most influential animes of the 90s and a true masterpiece... Attack on titan takes heavy inspiration from it in countless ways even to the point of having exact shots that are clearly homages to it... The music, cinematography, emotional depth, and unbelievable originality all get balled together to make something truly special... The show is 26 episodes with a movie that finishes it and it can now be found on Netflix if you ever decide to check it out

stevetar

These episodes had me sweating the first time watching them. So great but so stressful lmao.

The basement contains just a single copy of DS2, Eren's father knew its power

Oh they broke me more than these ones, Goddamn, I’m not going to say anything more, but Season 4 was way darker and sadder than these 3 seasons, but either way this whole series has been sadly tragic since the start 😢

Anonymous

The one who survived charging the beast Titan is called Floch- not a major character as of yet so not a worry you didn’t remember his name

RIP Armin… truly a hero in his final moments

bro anyone that suggests watching that show is evil it makes no sense lol or maybe the whole show went over my head

Marquez Arroyo

Holy shit this show is so fucking good man. In my opinion not just one of the best anime of all time but one of my favorite stories ever.

Jesse Tawasha

after attack on titan i recommend watching hunter x hunter. it’s a longer anime and is VERY different from attack on titan but is the only anime i’ve seen that is just as good as aot. words cannot express how great it is

Jesse Tawasha

also cannot wait to hear your final thoughts on aot. will be watching that entire video regardless of how long it is lmao

Mike Donohue

PEAKKKK Jon, and it's just getting started. RIP Armin, to this day one of the best characters in the show

Michael Plays

S4 the best season in my opinion so you ain't seen peak yet

Bleach is amazing but without fillers its still over 160 episodes + the new arc I would love to see it tho, lets hope for the best. My second favourite anime after aot.

Kasperi Porkola

Im pretty sure that the "only" anime that could rival Attack on Titan for Jon is Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood... It's also a perfect blend of everything that makes a show a masterpiece :)

hehe xd

next episode is the best directed episode of the series easily, also easily my favorite AOT episode

hehe xd

vouch, AOT and Hunter X Hunter both left voids after i finished them that are extremely hard to fill

Dominique

I forgot how crazy good season 3 is

Chandler Smith

I think he would like Samurai Champloo. Especially if hes into classic hip hop and samurai flicks. Its like an anime made for Wu Tang fans lol.

There still SEVERAL moments of this show that are just as good as this, if not better. I know it's hard to imagine this getting any better, but it really does. Glad you're enjoying the ride.

Gabe

Jjk 🫣🫣🥺🥺🥺

If he did, idk if reacting to every single episode would be good considering there’s 160+ eps and idk if he has that time. But if he had the patience, I think he’d really really enjoy it

Am

No vid today?

david tagle

alr mr john i KNOWW you’re not that sick today… now you gotta give us a triple upload or something

Dwob

I think the word for this show would be 'masterpiece'. Can't wait for the next reaction!!!!
