Liam was wrong in this - he was more interested in the "life", but you cant ignore his ability - one studio take for champagne supernova. Liam has very much changed which is probably why post Beady Eye - 4 straight number one albums, and the success of Oasis reuniting.

tbf, Noel was also being "righteous" in the sense that he was the writer and he thought that was end all be all. At the end of the day, all of the factors made them what they were - Noel's writing, Liam singing, Noel's control, Liam's attitude, and their rivalry. Or else a recording wouldn't be a top 40 single. It was the perfect storm, and ladies and gentlemen - the perfect storm IS rock and roll. It's not "rock with roll" its rock AND roll. or in other words LIAM AND NOEL

to add on to my last comments - there is not a lot of substance from the recording. The substance is understanding how big they were at this point in time, that a brotherly argument which is at least partially fueled by substances was able to chart based on physical CD sales.
