Does anyone else think that the cops are the ones trying to foment a Civil War? They keep shooting Black people, at a seemingly increasing rate, which causes protests, which causes right wingers with guns to show up, who shoot people, which increases the reactions of cops, which causes the cops to shoot more black people, ad infinitum.
