They've been doing some PDA for a while now, but the apparent complete lack of self-consciousness and their instead focusing entirely on each other and the goodbye is so amazing given that it wasn't that long ago in their timeline that they weren't comfortable even holding hands in front of other people. The character arcs in HS are so beautifully executed.
