Oh this makes me want to cry. The way Charlie gets tinier and further and then turns his back. Perfect metaphor for what Nick fears most about leaving for university

They look so much more adult in these drawings, it may just be the clothes but idk. These past couple of pages have felt very real, Heartstopper is no longer the cheesy high school romance it once was. That's good though, change is good. I feel that we have grown with the story. If you say started reading it at 12 years old back in 2019, you would be 16 now which would align perfectly with the age demographic for this novel.
