What guest on be reasonable most tested the Top 1%-level patience that Marsh has? Relatedly, what are Andy's and the PIAT crew's favorite be reasonable moments/guest.

Ryan Enbom

For Marsh: While having the classic athiest vs. believer debate with my father, he once remarked that he doesn't care whether what he believes is true or not. How would you approach someone making this argument or is it a lost cause at that point?

Stolen corporate credit card

Conferences may be indefinitely canceled for some time and this may even impact even events as far out as October, this means that Marsh is possibly skeptic of the year by default again. My question to Marsh then is why go through all this trouble of using 5G to fake a global pandemic just to keep a title for yourself?

Ask Marsh what his favorite pie is

Stakes so low, they're ground beef

For Eli: Do you ever think about trying to break back onto show business? Are there any roles you'd really like to play? General question for all of you: Do you still have relationships with people in your life who have absolutely repugnant views and beliefs? If you're comfortable sharing, who with, and how have you maintained it? Also, have you noticed a rise in their abhorrent ways of thinking since this all happened?

GREGZILLA

Will you guys please let Andrew Torrez be a special guest on stage with you guys when you do your Portland, Oregon show? (Jedi hand wave in front of faces) "You guys really want to do a Portland show, Portland show, Portland show..."

Nicolette

For Marsh: How has/is the stay at home order affected the Brexit negotiations and deadlines... that’s not a good word anymore is it? Not expiration dates either... have there been extensions or more difficulties with other countries also focusing on survival and isolation?

Dr. Bonk_Horse

For Marsh: Given that BJ actually got covid-19, do you think that will positively affect the UK’s response to the pandemic.

MJ the Terran Empire Champion

Okay you recently joked about buying and the Holy Land Experience in Orlando, Florida. What would each of your ideal amusement park themes be?

Stefan Jess

For Noah, Heath and Eli: Will you guys be attending QED when it can finally run again? For Marsh and Andy: I know it's probably very difficult to say but do you have any information on when QED might be possible?

Alextomcool

For Eli: what exactly does robeldy tomfry mean, and what's the accepted spelling? I understand it's some kind of goodbye or farewell, perhaps until we meet again. Just wanted see clarification.

I’ve noticed a few jokes about Python - as a person who has made a living for the past 10 years writing python code I really appreciate those. How did you end up landing on Python as the punchline? I would think the language “Brainfuck” might be more in your wheelhouses.

Question for all of you what would be your viewpoint on France's definition of cults which notably includes the provision that if a "religion" requires payment or tithing it is a cult and therefore illegal. Religions however can request voluntary donations (which have to be voluntary in all senses of the word, apparently a local church to my Grandparents got shut down a few years ago for ostracising members who weren't donating)?

Hey guys, I love all your shows. This isn't part of my question but I thought you might like to hear it. I've been a kitchen person ever since I was a kid. Started out washing dishes and bussing, eventually was trusted with things like prep and line cooking, and now some maniac leaves me alone with all their nice kitchen equipment to bake bread overnight. But for almost five years in the middle there, I worked for a kosher catering shop. It was exactly as insane as you are probably already guessing. I once had to throw away a perfectly good knife because I cut a latke with it, not knowing that the latke had been cooked in oil in the Meat Kitchen, not the Dairy Kitchen, and this was a Dairy Knife. A rabbi was called, came to inspect the knife and the oil, consulted with the mashgiach, and they decided together that yes, the knife had to go. That may sound like some kind of arcane prank that you'd play on a guy, but it was just Tuesday in a kosher kitchen. I got yelled at for things you'd never even guess were rules. Bringing mirrored display pieces when setting up a funeral. Plugging in a coffee cooker after the sun went down. Plugging in a coffee cooker BEFORE the sun went down. Shaking hands with a woman. And you guys were always there. Immersed in a world of mysticism and wackiness and tiptoeing over eggshells to avoid both hurting peoples' feelings and losing my job, I had your podcasts to look forward to. I could be behind enemy lines, washing six hundred disgusting fucking plates that had time to accrue mold and maggots because I wasn't allowed to bring them back to the kitchen when we did the party on Saturday because the sun wasn't down yet so you can't take them across a threshold and now it's fucking Monday because the temple was closed on Sunday too, and I could bite down on the Charlton Heston screams because I could laugh along with you guys, ripping on all this nonsense beautifully. I know it's silly and there are so many bigger problems that atheists face, but it was my problem and you helped me with it. Thank you. I love all you guys. My question is this: Do you think it's possible for there to be such a thing as a totally benign religion? Like if some council of wise and farsighted people got together in complete cynical unity and attempted to design a belief system that made Humanity genuinely happier and healthier and kinder, could they? Or is there just something about depending on 'revealed wisdom' that inevitably lends itself to corruption and predation?

Other than the porn, how much do you love VR? What are you playing? I’ve been a VR evangelist for years. Glad to see it starting to take off.

Eli: I’m starting up a D&D group with some friends and all of us are new to the game. Is there any advice you can give me that will help me DM the fuck outta this game?

FabricatorOfUselessUtterances

So stocked for another live stream! I had a blast the last time. Thanks for putting this together, you wonderful humans, you!

Greg Willickers

I'm not Eli but I do DM sometimes. My favorite advice is that your players want to feel super badass and use their cool character ideas and their abilities that they spent time researching and calculating. You should try to either take their character sheets between sessions, or get copies, so that you can use them as a guide for what kind of game you want to run. If the wizard runs a lot of big explosion spells, come up with a reason that there will be a lot of weak little creatures barreling down a narrow path towards them. If the Barbarian seems designed for epic duels, add a particularly ugly hero monster for them to take on one-on-one for some reason. Bonus points if these are situations that cause other party members to feel pretty screwed, so they turn to the one player like "We need you, Player! This is your time to shine!" Give them those perfect moments that everyone thinks about when they read about that new abilty. This also works for roleplay and noncombat things. If your scenario involves a crime gang and one of your players is a reformed bandit, make it his old crime gang. If your player has a tragic nemesis, have the nemesis show up as the protege of the nobleman who's paying you for that dragon you killed. It's always the most fun when nobody's sitting around thinking "Why is my pirate sorcerer even here right now?"

Sansabark

What is living with a pandemic like where you are? Do you think or hope anything positive can come of it?

GodAwful

Eli replies to D&D stuff pretty regularly at DandDMinus@gmail.com if you want to email him.

TJ

Awesome advice Greg, thank you! And thanks for the email address Tim.

Mister CPU

Eli, how accurate is Unorthodox?

TBoneSF

To the Brits: Do you think that Boris Johnson's personal brush with COVID-19 will cause his supporters to realize what an idiot he was for proposing that everyone just "ride it out"? Could he survive a "no confidence" vote? To the Americans: Do you think if Trump had a similar incident that his supporters would wake up ("you mean chloroquine didn't keep you from getting sick?") or are they like Pence and see Trump as the necessary apocalyptic gateway to The Rapture?

TetanicRain7592

EVERYBODY! How many elements can you recite IN ORDER? Also, I’m stupid. Say both that and this.

Jlynn

Will someone please tell us the store behind the video Noah posted of Eli and Heath pinching and flicking each other.
