This month, we marvel at the fact that Amazon Prime hasn't taken down this spectacularly racist movie yet.

Just got to the twist. Did Jeremy Saville play Metal Gear Solid 4 and ask, “But what if it was racist? Madea Ocelot would be funny, right?”

Markus Nävergård

wow " reverse racism" took me back to when i was like 16-17 and i tried to be smart and wrote a fucking essey on that. Yikes. so happy i am not that person anymore

Dylan Miller

Every time I scroll past this episode I feel dirty For finishing it

Dylan Miller

I still feel ashamed for listening to this episode.

Simo Hyttinen

Is it some sort of rule that if you're a Savile you have to be a terrible person?

Order-Border

ok this movie is absolutely insane this hurts so bad lol fucking soul crushingly awful

Michael Colon

Okay, okay. Black face is bad, I get it. But what about black VOICE? Eh? Eh?

Joshua

A white savior movie too lazy and stupid to do the “savior” part.

Markus D

I could not get past how close Jeremy Savile's name was to Jimmy Savile. I kept accidentally equating the two when they said it.

Renee Y Bisel

What the absolute fuck was that??

Aaron Norell

in this vein... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do Short Circuit. Fisher Stevens' performance takes the cake for this sort of terrible "genre".. plus Ally Sheedy seriously wants to fuck that robot..

Simo Hyttinen

Eli even calls him Jimmy Savile a couple of times during the episode. It's weird to replace a racist with a nonce but it doesn't make it any better.

There is no way that kid's emotional development would not be *ruined* for years by that passive-aggressive series of microaggressions from his dad during the "salad" scene. This is the conversation that would normally precede Joe waking up the following morning--slumped over the steering wheel--when he finds out that running his Chevy Volt all night long in the garage didn't create the carbon monoxide toxicosis that he was sure would have taught his family a real lesson about how awesome he was and how they should have appreciated him more. I haven't seen The Test from Saville, but the summary makes it seem like an earnest attempt to be as misogynistic and MRA/beta-male sexist as Loqueesha is racially saviouristic and queer-transphobic. Kinda hoping the boys don't follow up on Saville's illustrious career so that I won't have to know any more of this man's maniacally self-inflated world views

Holy shit after this episode I talked my wife into watching this (I’m not a good person) piece of shit. To be honest we are 1/4 of the way through it. First note, the most honest part of the movie was when Joe said Loqueesha has xenophobia. Second, I told my wife this movie was a long wet fart, she corrected me by adding “ in your mouth”

Jason the Beav

Update My throat hurts from yelling. Nothing the guys said about this is hyperbole. Also, and again the fucking lighting! We are mostly just yelling at the screen now.

Jason the Beav

This is racism qubed. And a misogyny, Transphobia/ homophobic buffet. We can’t figure out how this movie was made. We are also very worried that watching it will profit Savill in any way 😬

Jason the Beav

Ok now it’s done. Time for a bottle of whiskey and a jackbox game as a pallet cleanser

james devine

In many instances Noah refers to this as a "film". Expect to hear from my lawyer for all the mouth vomit.

When you started describing this movie, I thought it was an older movie like Soul Man, where you could atleast roll your eyes at, but this was released in 2019!

"God grant me the confidence of a mediocre white man" As a white man who could generously be called mediocre, I wouldn't wish my level of self-confidence on my worst enemy.

Chris

The opening of this podcast has me convinced that Heath is really a black woman doing an impression of a white eugenicist living in Cincinnati. Do what you have to do to pay the bills "Heath".

As someone who has a shitty feature on Amazon Prime... It's not that hard to get stuff on there (though, tbc, the shittiness of my film is budget/technical related... not, you know hate speech-related, lol)
