This week, Moishe joins us for a review of a show about an affair that didn't happen.

I said Moishe outlook and the small human thought I said "Mushy". Forever Mushy. Fav guest.

WM

Moishe! Top tier guest!

Krostos

Not gonna call it a one-way mirror, or a two-way mirror. It's one-way glass.

William Evan Barnes

It's one way because it only lets light pass through in one direction.

Andi

Men's group is absolutely a church thing. Mega churches use stuff like men's group, women's group, couples groups, etc to try to help people in larger congregations get to know each other and bond. It's all about what Jesus wants you to be as far as your gender roles. My husband was roped into one when he was still going to church.

Total Absolutism

To be fair, there was slightly more affair in this episode than the last time they did something with an affair that didn't happen.

Sally Stewart

When I first got into GAM I thought Moishe was a character voice Eli did

Sarah H

I thought that too!

Chris M

I like how Eli said Fremen on the Land as though they were from Dune. "Walk without rhythm or Shai-Hulud will create joinder with you."

Dan

C'mon Heath, it was right there! "CSI: Blame the Victims Unit"

Atheist101

That one way mirror is there so other detectives can watch the interrogation without the suspect seeing them. It's not used much anymore now that we have cameras. It's so they can use techniques like good cop bad cop and the suspect won't know the other detective until he/she comes into the room

General Contact Unit Problem Child

I think you meant to write "Law & Order: Blame the Victims Unit"? there's no such show as "CSI: Special Victims Unit" but there is a show called "Law and order: Special Victims Unit"

Andrew Dean

“A more punchable version of the new Captain America” - probably not the line you would have picked to age badly

Max

What would a men's only bible groups workbook contain? Misogyny Heath, misogyny

Paul Freelend

15:45 -- I think Andrew has actually addressed the "am I free to go?" thing on one or two past Q&As. If memory serves, the proper question to ask is "is this a custodial interview?".

El Oso Café

Never in my life have I cared less about the nomenclature of mirrors.

Stormy Decisis

Nah, you're supposed to ask them to show you their dicks.

Rachael Adamczyk

I found that it was an interesting topic to think about for 10 seconds. I didn't need the extra 5-minute discussion and follow-up 😂

Markus D

I thought it was pretty funny, but I guess I'm used to podcasts that get like that.

Markus D

I love Moishe, though I don't quite get why he's called that instead of his actual first name (which was accidentally left in in a past Patreon cut, but was so normal and common a name, I don't even remember it).

Perniciousducks

did I google one-way vs two way mirror to find out where it came from, what's the difference etc.? Absolutely. Did I desperately appreciate Noah cutting in to also tell me what I had already looked up and comment on how stupid the answers were? Also, abso-fucking-lutely.

Perniciousducks

Did Wyatt Russell's face become less punchable and I missed it?

Uriah Jackson

Paul Atreides is my strawman, muad:dib is the flesh and blood person.
