This week, the Spooktacular continues with a bunch of Christians watching "Saw" and thinking "well, that's just a missed opportunity for evangelism right there."

Ok I know this a very old post and I can only hope for an answer. But when did calling the jumpscares "pop scares" start on this show? I have never in my entire life, where I consume a fair amount of horror media, heard anyone else use the term.

We're all agreed that Heath is clearly wrong about this Friday/next Friday, right?

Krostos

Heath is right about what next Friday means.

Jenamarie

"this Friday" "this coming Friday" = the Friday of this week. "Next Friday" = next week's Friday

Huemon_Nottabear

Next in line means your after the person currently at the front. So, next Friday would be after the current Friday.

Guys you NEED to watch “Noah’s Shark;” I am telling about it on Twiiter

Heath is WRONG about the meaning of, "next Friday" and everything else. Literally everything.

Funny as always, but I had a hard moment when after 27:50 (discussing the god-river analogy) something was shouting "Goddam! Goddam! GODDAM!" in my head and the guys skated around the blindingly obvious pun! Unforgivable!!! Can't wait for the next episode!

<3 galore re Noah's and Eli's explanation about "this Friday"!

Trina Cairns

This week cf next week - simple. Unless Heath thinks "next week" is somehow this week as well ;-)

Taylor

I'm so happy you guys are doing one of my many recommendations!

Ky

If I'm told something is happening on Friday, regardless of which other day of the week I was told on, I'd presume it would be the first occurrence of Friday after I was told. If they said next Friday, again regardless of the day, I'd presume it would be the second Friday to occur from then. It's all about context. #my2cents
