Hi everyone, Iβm new here!!
Welcome !

Guys - Iβve been using Voxta for years, and voice on/off thing is driving me crazy. Every time I leave a chat, transcription turns on and the speaker turns off. I have to flip both switches every time I come back - Every other single service sticks but this one. I know it sounds petty, but this has happened hundreds and hundreds of times. This didnβt used to happen. Is there a way to make those settings stick? I have to be honest, this is the most aggravating thing.
By the way, thatβs five additional actions I have to do every single time I leave a chat and come back in. Every single time.
Hello,
I go to 127.0.0.1:5384 in my browser and it pulls up Voxta (after entering password).
Iβm running Voxta 1.10.3.
Using AcidBubbles.Voxta.102.var
Voxta client appears like this in Voxtaβs log (looks good):
[17:54:39 Voxta.Core INF] Client Voxta.Talk version 1.7.19 authenticated (Connection ID YwablmlK2uVr-AapHUBa7w)
But VaM appears like this:
[17:54:47 Voxta.Host WRN] 401 on GET /hub
In VaM it appears like this:
!> Voxta: Error while trying to connect to server: System.InvalidOperationException: Unauthorized access (401). Please provide a valid API key and make sure the host is correct.

at SignalRClient.Connect () [0x00000] in :0

In the VaM plugin I have tried using the API key field for both a password, as well as for a generated API key from portal.voxta.ai, but neither seem to work.
Thanks for your help on this. I pinged in the help on Discord earlier today. If I receive the solution here, I will be sure to post it there. I also went back one version on the VaM plugin but that didnβt help either.
I was able to figure out (through help from the discord) that in Voxta on the bottom left there is a place for API keys for the local Voxta instance. That is what I needed to provide to the VaM plugin, not the cloud-based API keys.
