LIMPING ACROSS THE FINISH LINE HERE... I don't know how I keep forgetting that when you shoot hours of footage, it takes hours longer to edit 🥲

I have to rush off to another thing that is secret for now, but I hope you guys enjoy this one!! I've been wanting to do a follow-up to my solo D&D video for such a long time, and when Obvious Mimic offered to sponsor a video, it felt like the perfect opportunity.

Oh my gosh I keep getting ads for this - seeing you playing it has sold it for me, I’m definitely picking this up

gee, do you get a free eye examine if you use this too much?

Wait wait wait... you recorded a whole Detective Na'krasha adventure but we only get to see the abridged version? :( Aw, it looks so fun! Hope a full cut is in the cards someday.

Love their name and loved the adventure. Definitely up on my radar now, will be saving a little longer as my wife and I Love the art in the physical copies!

It didn’t feel right to record an adventure that was 90% me reading off someone else’s writing and call it my own content! 😅

Looking forward to learning how your solo campaign went! I'm curious what your method/procedure for handling social interaction is during solo play? I've always found that to be the most difficult aspect of solo play. Additionally are you familiar with "DM Yourself" by Tom Scutt? It's a solo play book focused on adapting prewritten modules for solo gameplay, but I've found a lot of the tips and systems in it really useful for solo play in general (especially for exploration).

with all the solo jokes you made when talking about 1 player sessions? "you'll beating them off..."

Haven't read that one! I'll check it out. Honestly, I treat social interaction in solo play like writing dialogue in fiction! I adjudicate with rolls when necessary, but generally I'm just imagining how I think characters would interact and trying to put it into their "voice".

I think Na'Krasha needs to write us a book of pick-up lines. "Na'Krasha's Guide to How to Pick Up Pretty Girls." Of course she will spend the first paragraph or so explaining that you shouldn't try to *literally* pick up pretty girls. "This will result in screaming, scratching, and possibly black eye. Pretty girls often have very sharp knees and elbows. Trust voice of experience."

Late to the vid, here's highlights that made me seratonin... common also not good me. "Were-wolv-sa!!" "God, what a starchimeboi." "Whatever it is - werewolf." "...Or attack the dryad?? What an starchimehole." *immediately tries to romance* "New smokey eye-pallete." "Yah, yah, cry me a river you starchime murderer."

Dusty

I am really wanting to see your full, open solo campaign so I can better prepare to do the same :)
