Shoulder press is a great movement, BUT, the grip you have can decide whether or not you hit the muscle you are aiming for. A pronated grip that is more to your sides will effectively target both the medial and anterior deltoids. A neutral grip, which is with your palms facing eachother more in front of you, will primarily hit the anterior deltoid and clavicular head of the chest because you are effectively doing shoulder flexion (like in an incline press or low to high chest fly). Both versions are great at what they do, but also very different.
