Here's our full-length reaction to the new Amazon Prime movie Red, White & Royal Blue that just dropped today!! If you thought we cried a lot watching Heartstopper season 2, just wait for this one lolol. Cannot recommend this movie enough to everyone here, even if horror is more your vibe this is one of the absolute funniest, loveliest and most heartfelt movies to have come out this year!! The edited version will be on YouTube either tonight or tomorrow morning! Hope y'all enjoy and please please please let us know what you thought of this movie!!!

FYI, they changed it from queen to king bc they didn’t want to disrespect/misrepresent Queen Elizabeth. At the time of filming, she was still alive. Then Charles took over so it’s a moot point, but thought you’d like to know why they made that weird change. Love you guys soooo much!

This was so great! I started looking for your reaction as soon as I finished watching the movie. I knew you'd be on it fast. Book adaptations can be tricky, but this was soooooo well done. I loved it!!

Yeah they really nailed it with the adaption!!! Ugh we're still on a high and going to rewatch it tonight so we can really take it all in. So exciting!!! So glad you loved it!

This was such a good movie and I'm so happy you reacted to it because I probably wouldnt have known it existed! Makes me want to read the book for sure especially with the love letters that was mentioned, I bet that really adds to the story. 😍

I'd never heard of the book, thanks for reacting to and sharing this one! I love that it's showing a genuinely gradual relationship with various family and political complexities. Also, in the book the queen was openly threatened by her daughter, Henry's mother, with being removed from the throne because of memory problems, and since Henry's mom isn't in the movie, that wouldn't work. You'll also notice that the name Windsor was changed to Hanover-Stuart so as not to too closely connect with the actual royal family.
