Gail Seaton Humbert

Great reaction you two. Jimmy Stewart was a massive star on the level of John Wayne when this movie came out. There were several Christmas movies that were replayed every year when television was the medium everyone had. Miracle on 34th Street is another that starts at Thanksgiving and goes to Christmas and the just post WWII in color White Christmas. Mr. Potter is played by Lionel Barrymore. Drew Barrymore's grandfather if you know that actress. Henry Fonda, another big actor/star from this time period, and Jimmy Stewart were roommates when starting out.
