Since you've watched "The Expanse" and now you're watching "Battlestar Galactica" and other sci-fi movies I recommend (at least for your polls - tho most worth a watch regardless... if youse didn't see) the listed below. ➖ Mostly sure (and some must watch) things for your channel (some in a somewhat thematic order within a genre). But maybe better watch them after "Battlestar", "Caprica" and "BSG: Blood and Chrome" (so that you can prolong being in the world of BSG). ➖ And since you're about to watch "BSG: Razor" then don't forget to watch it in the extended version (it's crucial to the plot and lore). And there are webisodes for Season 4 too. Full list in order here 👉 https://archive.today/Dy9gk (no spoilers there). ➖ Recommended [sci-fi and somewhat thriller] movies, shorts and series (always check Rotten Tomatoes): ● The Final Countdown (1980) ● Time Runner (1993) - a B movie, but with a relevant concept, and you'll know which one, not in the title itself tho ● Returner (2002) - same, tho that Japanese spirit of sadness makes it all the better ● TimeCop (1994) ● The Philadelphia Experiment (1984) ● The Philadelphia Experiment (2012) ● Philadelphia Experiment II (1993) ● 12 Monkeys (1995) ● Lancer 21 - https://youtu.be/oq-SDnabu0o ● Atropa (free serialized movie) - https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL2X2odndvaIcUHXIOH6s76hqJc2m3Fga2 ● Hyperlight - https://youtu.be/Jw0RYRXG3dw ● Predestination (2014) ● Frankie - https://youtu.be/COXFAp5v_X8 ● Stalled - https://youtu.be/7mSH86O2qzA ● The Paradox - https://youtu.be/9rxnR3iy_FU ● Interstellar (2014) - because it's Nolan, and it mentions an object, as impossible, in this movie, theoretical in science and existing in BSG ● The One (2001) ● Deja Vu (2006) ● Plurality - https://youtu.be/IzryBRPwsog ● Triangle (2009) ● 2036 Origin Unknown (2018) - can't say anything without spoilers ● Nexus: The Jupiter Incident - a game, since I saw youse gaming (or were) if youse even have a time ● The 6th Day (2000) ● The Island (2005) ● Enemy Mine (1985) - dated, but still one of my favorites ● Wing Commander (1999) ● Starship Troopers (1997) - a hidden satire (regalia) ● Moon 44 (1990) ● Outpost - https://youtu.be/xpqM6kNq74k ● The Beacon - https://youtu.be/w75oqvMlXXE ● The Shipment - https://youtu.be/TJo-xajORwY ● The Stowaway - https://youtu.be/9VkUjGQuSuA ● Stowaway (2021) ● Prospect - https://youtu.be/90DI7TOefgM ● Prospect (2018) ● Lost in Space (1998) ● Lost in Space (2018) ● Contact (1997) ● Event Horizon (1997) ● Sphere (1998) ● Supernova (2000) ● Solaris (2002) ● Infini (2015) ● Pandorum (2009) - underrated ● 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968) - a classic ● 2010: The Year We Make Contact (1984) ● Ulysses 31 (1981) - https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ulysses_31 ● Red Planet (2000) ● The Martian (2015) ● First Man (2018) ● Apollo 13 (1995) ● Apollo 18 (2011) ● Moon (2009) ● Arrival (2016) ● Oxygen (2021) ● The Abyss (1989) ● Below (2002) ● seaQuest DSV (1993-1995) - of course a bit dated, but surprisingly relevant and written quite realistic (dialogues not always state obvious things leaving some thinking to us) with quite visionary elements (e.g. even with an on-board Chat GTP of sorts - which, as we learned, was less futuristic than it seemed to be, because it wasn't AI as one might've thought, tho we call it that way, but still "prophetic" because chat bots exist today), and a bit of extrapolation and fantasy; and a two part pilot/miniseries starting with a Wing Commander like voiceover, as BSG, also from Universal, with special effects by The Videos Toaster 😏 and intro music similar to BSG TOS ● seaQuest 2032 (1995-1996) ● Oceanus - https://youtu.be/V6_9YnTDR-s ● The Hunt for Red October (1990) ● K-19: The Widowmaker (2002) ● Gattaca (1997) ● Impostor (2001) ● Minority Report (2002) ● Blade Runner (1982) - European version if possible (set in an alternative world of 2019) ● Tears in the Rain 2017 (2017) - https://youtu.be/xfLVwXkLwhE ● Slice of Life (2019) - https://youtu.be/5eDQ2SSsmEk ● Blade Runner: Black Out 2022 (2017) - https://youtu.be/rrZk9sSgRyQ ● Blade Runner: Black Lotus 2032 (2021) - first episode: https://youtu.be/abYm6aYno60 ● Blade Runner 2036: Nexus Dawn (2017) - https://youtu.be/UgsS3nhRRzQ ● Blade Runner 2048: Nowhere to Run (2017) - https://youtu.be/aZ9Os8cP_gg ● Blade Runner 2049 (2017) ● Blade Runner 2099 (upcoming series) ● Akira (1988) ● Ghost in the Shell (1995) ● Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence (2004) ● Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (2002-2003) ● Ghost in the Shell: S.A.C. 2nd Gig (2004-2005) ● Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex – Solid State Society (2006) ● Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 (2020-2022) ● Ghost in the Shell: Arise (2013-2015) ● Ghost in the Shell: The New Movie (2015) ● Ghost in the Shell (2017) ● Electric Dreams (2017) ● The Machine (2013) ● The Thirteenth Floor (1999) ● The Matrix (1999) ● The Animatrix: A Detective Story ● The Animatrix: Beyond ● The Animatrix: World Record ● The Animatrix: The Second Renaissance - Part I ● The Animatrix: The Second Renaissance - Part II ● The Animatrix: The Kid’s Story ● The Animatrix: Program ● The Animatrix: Matriculated ● The Animatrix: Final Flight of the Osiris ● The Matrix Reloaded (2003) ● Enter the Matrix (2003) - a game ● The Matrix Revolutions (2003) ● The Matrix Resurrections (2021) ● The Matrix 5 (TBA) ● Cowboy Bebop (1998) - 22 episodes ● Cowboy Bebop: The Movie a.k.a.
