Thanks <3
Anytime😊
Hello! I’ve loved playing The Sims 4 for a few years now, I discovered your builds today and they are simply adorable! Congratulations on your work.
I subscribed to access the Tray files, could you please authorize this?
Keep creating amazing builds!

Hey Ed! Trays have been shared via email
hey, I’m a member and I was wondering why do we need to request by email for the trays files?
Hey! Thanks for asking. 😊 It’s simply the system I’ve chosen for distributing tray files. I know it’s an extra step, but it helps me keep everything organized. Just send me an email, and I’ll get the files to you as soon as I can!
Hi, I’ve sent you a request for a supply cartridge several times, but I haven’t received anything via email—even though I pay you every month.
Hey Veronika!
I sent you a direct message a couple of days ago letting you know that I had shared four builds with you, even though Tier 1 includes access to three builds.
Now that you’ve renewed your membership for a second month, I’ll be happy to send you the tray files via email.
Thank you so much for your support! 😊 Let me know if you need anything. I’ll be happy to help!
