So there was a tie, I will be doing Japan this month! I'll set up the next poll in the coming days. I have another one of these timelines to share, it isn't done and I need to expand it and tweak it, but have a read!
Rakshasas: apex predators within the Fleshscape, mouths covered in countless sharp teeth made for tearing through flesh and muscle, the bite power strong enough to crush bone easily. During the early days of the Midnight Court of Attila-Nos, it would be a sign of great prestige to possess a Living Weapon formed from a Rakshasas.
During the time of the Vampire Wars and the decimation of the older vampire generations, the Rakshasas formed weapons that would fall out of use, as it proved nearly impossible for the newer vampires to use said living weapons. Initially many would try, only to be devoured by the beast within the armament.
The Rakshasas would terrorize the battlefields of the Vampire Wars, as a limited number would be brought by the Ophidian Empire, proving devastating to the unfamiliar Europan Kingdom's at the time. As the battles continued, new strategies would be developed to successfully take down these aberrations.
Bhutas: Silent deadly pack based predators within the Fleshscape, they are feared for their ability to swiftly, quietly, and most worryingly coordinate their movements to kill their prey. Every end of their bodies act like a lethal tool, from their dagger-like skull, to their barbed tail. The Vampires of the Midnight Court favored hunting Bhutas, for the purposes of creating living weapons.
When crafted into living weapons, the Doomknights favored to craft them into war picks, making them excellent weapons for dealing with armored opponents, be it the likes of the Mithraic Legions, the Gore Knights, or even fellow Doomknights.
Vetals: horrifying creatures capable of limited flight, their mouths hide a piercing proboscis used to drain the fluids from their prey. Prey that would be unable to escape the grasp of the Vetals many arms. These arms end in strangely human-like hands. The Midnight Court Vampires hunted them for sport during their pilgrimages to the Fleshscape. Some even saw to make living weapons out of them.
Used by the Ophidian Empire during the Vampire Wars, dispatched ahead of the Ophidian army to cause terror and panic in towns, making them softer targets for conquest.
Doomlord Estragon: Once a Doomknight from the Frankish kingdom, Estragon would quickly seize the opportunity presented by the unexpected death of Attila-Nos. Orchestrating the decimation of his fellow 2nd generation Vampires. He would consolidate his power, naming himself a Doomlord, and those that followed him Cythian Doomknights.
Doomlord Ulrich: Doomlord of the Lietuvia chapter of the Doomknights, having a strong hatred for Estragon, his refusal to attend the Midnight Court council following the death of Attila-Nos saved his and his fellow 2nd generation Doomknights lives. With news quickly spreading of Estragon's actions, Ulrich would quickly rally troops under his banner, those that followed him would be known as Chorasima Doomknights.
Doomlord Dracula: Once the favored son of Attila-Nos, he alongside Alena are the only 1st generation Vampires, all subsequent Vampires came from his bloodline or Alenas. Dracula would self exile himself to the harshest regions of Heaven's Curse, his wish for constant battle conflicted with that of his Father, who only saw to bring an end to the Mithraic Empire.
Dracula would return from self exile alongside his elite company of Magnolian warriors, siding with Ulrich and the Chorasima in their battle against Estragon and the Cythians.
Doomlord Alena: Daughter of Attila-Nos, patron of the human arts, and Grand Duchess of the Rhine. Over time she drifted away from the midnight court and the society of the Doomknights, preferring to live in her castle within the lands of the Rhine. Dracula would blame her for feeding into their father's softening heart.
Upon learning of the death of her Father, she would withdraw further from the opening volley of the inevitable Doomknight civil war. She would dispatch a messenger to Heaven's Curse, with a letter for Dracula; their family ring provided the authenticity of the message to him.
The Mithraic Empire and the Doomknights.
Attila-Nos sought to bring an end to the Mithraic Empire, the reason for his actions long lost to time, with many speculations having been proposed. From a want for vengeance, to an altruistic want to free humanity from the influence of outer forces. All that is known for sure is that Attila-Nos, ventured to the Fleshscape and returned decades later with a great host to eclipse the sun of Mithra.
