Saturday Update! (Patreon)

Good morning! It's still pitch dark and spooky here! This update might be kind of a long one cuz I have a few things to cover. I'll try to put the more important stuff at the top 😅

Last week was pretty productive overall, but the numbers are slowing a bit since I've gotten into parts that need a lot of unique full screen images. We are now officially over 1K sprites though. Current count is 1057. It still makes me a little worried but I will keep soldiering on 😂

And I'm still working on Night 2 content, so we've got more shirtless Lawrence and MC up to shenanigans:

In other game development news, it's about time that I need to warn you guys of an incoming break I'll be taking. I'm gonna be gone for around 10 days in the middle of November for a hiking tour in Japan with my mom. We've been planning it for around 2 years and we're very excited!

I won't be able to work on the game of course. I'll try to make a post here and there when I have wifi to show some pics and stuff, but basically game development will have to be on hold for that bit.

It's going to be very focused on forests and historical landmarks. I'm hoping to see a lot of late autumn nature!

If you are only interested in game updates, I highly suggest you pause or drop your subscription to my Patreon for November! The month might feel like kind of a ripoff if you just want to see sprite WIPs LMAO

Halloween Zone!

Last Saturday I went to Fort Edmonton's Dark festival! They dressed up the entire historical fort and set up four huge haunted houses. It was really fun!

I also put together my goody bags for the trick or treaters this year! I like to buy a bunch of stuff from a dentist supply website for them 😂 It's my hobby!

Shitpost Zone

I made a dumb little shitpost based on chapter 19 of To Hurt a Fly [ https://archiveofourown.org/works/86959891?view_full_work=true ] which is Car's writing of Love Like Drowning told from Sinclair's perspective

patreon dont kill me I'm marked adult and it's just a cartoon boner LMAO 🙈

Okay I think that's everything 😂 I'm gonna be going to another Halloween event tonight too. My October is so busy AH but at least the doctor stuff is done and the rest is fun stuff.

Thank you everyone for your support and patience with all of these damn sprites! I promise I'm always doing my best with the game! And of course, see you next week on Halloween! 🎃
