As always, no spoilers 👀 Semiramis is a very particular servant. She may have been summoned as Assassin but she has an interesting skill: Double Summon (B Rank): Grants the Class Skills of both the Assassin and Caster classes. An exceedingly rare trait possessed only by a select few Servants So, she is basically 2 classes in one. The reason she is an Assassin is because she is the oldest poisoner recorded in legends She became the Queen of Assyria after poisoning her husband. Then she reigned really well for a few decades. She is a demi-god born from the Syrian mermaid goddess Derketo, and a human man. She was abandoned by her mother after her birth and later found and raised by a shepperd. Her NP, the Hanging Garden of Babylon, is broken and it would be impossible to use in a regular Holy Grail War. It needs a collection of materials gathered from certain spots and a 3-day ritual to complete (This was mentioned in previous episodes). Shiro Kotomine procured all the necessary materials before summoning her (More details on this later) Aside of being a flying fortress with OP attack and defense capabilities, inside of it, Semiramis gets her parameters raised by one rank and her attacks are more powerful. It is her territory, and very few servants would be able to compete against her there. However, she has awful compatibility against servants with really high magic resistance (A+, A++ and EX)

The Lore for Mordred and Arthur got retconned like twice. It was one way, then it was the other way, then it went back to the first way and now it’s in a state of limbo where both are true and false at the same time. Edit: All you really need to know is that Mordred is a child of Arthur one way or another.
