Kinda routine, at this point (Patreon)

So, my campaign is paused again, after briefly being un-paused. Another contract, but it's a short one that should be done by August. It's an animation gig, something I haven't done in over 2 years, so there was a fair amount of anxiety to get over. Now I just feel a bit numb, but at least I'm able to do the work.

Perhaps because of this gig, a couple of weeks ago I took the plunge on yet another VCR, one with SECAM support AND that has been serviced. Since it arrived, I've used it to capture my French Metamorphoses tapes several times, in order to combine & filter those captures to get the best quality possible. And I might've already worn out the VCR, but at least it served its purpose.

Also one of my tapes broke after its first full capture & rewind. The quality of that tape wasn't great though, compared to the other, so it's not too big a loss. Plus the whole reason I'd ordered two tapes was in case one of the was a dud, so I guess this worked out.
