I arrived in Texas on Wednesday! I don't fly a lot! It's so weird, haha. But I am excited to be in Texas, it's (surprisingly for some people) one of my favorite states.

My flight was a little weird this time around, I had a hard time with tsa, but honestly, that's pretty normal for me haha. There was also a lot of women on the plane going to a conference for an anti-aging product, and I was being asked by a lot of them to try the product, if I was employed by said company, etc. Basically, from the little bit of conversation I heard from these women, it sounds like a pyramid scheme. All in all, it was a weird day, haha.

It's Sunday now, and today is the first day I didn't have a full day of shooting. I've been extremely busy, and that's amazing! But, a part of my job that I don't think a lot of people think about is, is it's extremely emotionally exhausting. I do get physically exhausted of course, it's a lot moving, but so much of it has to do with the way you were feeling that day, or how creative you feel with your poses. It takes so much out of you.

I figured I would use today to post a shoot in Texas on this trip! I even have some behind the scenes from this shoot! So yay!

I shot with Kent Gilley in Dallas. He is an extremely nice guy! We had a lot of fun shooting all of these sets, and we talked a lot about Game Of Thrones, which is a great conversation starter with me haha. It was a really great day, and I am so thankful to be able to work with genuinely nice people who are extremely interested in creating art.

We started in a beautiful room, with beautiful decor.

And then we went to a beautiful field of these white flowers, even cactus, and purple wild flowers.

Thank you Texas for treating me so far! I'll be back in Pittsburgh this Thursday!
